Aubrie is literally the best worker there. She helped and talked us in a very nice way and actually helped us with our order. A Full service place that would hand out one order every ten minutes. Absolutely not acceptable,, we had to ask MULTIPLE times to even get our order, which we were able to get because of AUBRIE. Do better absolutely unacceptable.

In the 20+ years, I’ve never had cold fries from any McDonald’s ever. Old, yes, Luke warm, yea, but these were ice cold. Save yourself some time and go across town for a better experience.

Best McDonald’s I’ve been to, ever! The fish burger was perfect, the fries perfectly cooked and filled to happy Standards and the mcnuggets were perfectly cooked as well. Gave enough sauces and the soda was excellent, perfect spiciness and carbonated.
The staff was awesome and efficient.

I waited in this line for 58 minutes and there was no cars in front of us, all I ordered was fries at 3 am and then when the person gave me my food they looked very very drugged out, never going to McDonald’s for my choice of food ever again

This has been the worst experience at a McDonald’s I’ve had. I don’t know if it was just a bad night. We arrived to pick up an online order at 7 pm. We didn’t get our order until 7:41 pm. It’s a shorter wait for our food at a fancy sit down restaurant. I wasn’t the only one waiting. The person next to me ordered a drink and after 20 minutes left without their drink stating it wasn’t worth the wait. It took me yelling across the counter to get someone’s attention to come back from the back to ask about my order.
When we got our order most items were cold. We ordered a burger without cheese due to an allergy, but it had cheese. We were debating not asking to have it fixed afraid it would take another 20 minutes. A four piece happy meal had eight pieces crammed in the box (that was great but solidified the impression they had no idea what they were doing).
I wasn’t expecting any offer for free food due to the problems and delay but the staff wasn’t apologetic at all. They behaved like this was completely normal which is what was really scary.

Well for starters the last few times I have ordered the people are rude. Today I order 5 of the adult new Playland meals for 15 dollars each and they did not pack them as individual meals. It’s frustrating because they are a happy meal and anyway when I asked about it the worker shut the window in my face! I will not go to the east Wenatchee side again.

Can not understand why anyone that wants to go inside has to have the worst spots to park. Must be at least 8 of those spots you use your app and 3 or 4 handicap spots, but no one parked in them. Kinda like they don’t want anyone inside. Not much thought about the rest of us. See the photo. Empty but we’re not suppose to park there.
