Ordered curbside pickup online at 828pm and in store closes at 830pm. Waited until 840pm. and then drove through the drive-through, which remains open. When I mentioned I’ve in the front waiting, the manager was called. The manager was a young lady, and she simply came to the window and gave me my food, and displayed a face I know too well. 1- “she knew they obviously missed a last minute inside order, 2- she wasn’t making excuses why, 3- she was prepared to take any feedback for her team. She wasn’t rude. She owned it.

I went through the drive through to get some food, I got 4 McChickens and 4 McDoubles they had me pull off to wait for my food. I was waiting for at least 15 minutes to get my food when i got it they had messed it up. I went back through the drive through and than they messed up the order again the 3rd time I got my food and they got it wrong again. I was tired and wanted to head home so I thought i would write a review i do not recommend

I don’t even want to think about how much money we have spent at this location over the years, but I have to say, it’s always been speedy quick! When you have a toddler crying for her chicken nugget happy meal, speed is very important! Just don’t forget the dipping sauce, or you might be getting some hangry mama’s coming back through……

Saturday night 11pm, drive thru is way long but there’s no other option. We wait, we order for the family in ridgefield, my husband sneaks fries as we drive through the exit…. They are cold. So I call the restaurant and Heather answers, I tell her we have three large orders of fries that are all cold. I never complain but since we are driving back to ridgefield the fries are gonna be cold when we get home so we don’t want even colder fries. She made the order right and did it with a smile. I manage a restaurant so I understand the stress, Heather was on top of it and did her job pleasantly. Thank you.

Wish I could give no stars but the unprofessionalism of this McDonald’s is something I’ve never encountered before. Two employees at the drive thru were laughing at me for no apparent reason. I felt very racially profiled. I will never return to this establishment again.
