This McDonalds is not very good. Especially after the remodel a few years back, the lobby is cramped and the management is not very good or nice. The workers are pretty great though. The drive thru wait is the longest on average of any I’ve been to, so expect to wait at least 10 minutes. Yesterday, I waited 30 and they got my order wrong. Generally, they get the orders right with some errors here or there. Don’t expect to get ice cream or shakes, like all McDonalds, that is a 50-50 gamble. Quality of the food is up to standard and is consistently what you would expect at Mickie Ds! Best thing is the quality and the staff (minus management).

When you walk in the front door, it’s already cramped. There are 4 self-order kiosk. In the middle of placing my order, the one I was on just shut down. Someone on the other side had the same thing happen.
When you are placing your order, you are literally standing in the walkway to where you pick your food up or go to get sodas. As for the one counter to actually have someone take you order, it is just inside the door. This leaves people ordering blocking you from easily acessing the kiosks. Pleasant to look at but also very impractical.
Ordered fries and 2 drinks. We had to ask for the cups for our drinks. As for the fries, almost the entire order was nothing but little short pieces.
I’m not a big McDonald’s fan but I do not plan to visit this location again, or any others if this is the layout they are moving to.

Food not coming our at quality standards, drive thru communication sucks, have to repeat your orfer 3 times. Too long gof wait time for lousy food and lousy service. Need to get better here McDonald’s??

I mean the syrup got all piled up in one place in my drink & most the employees are cool but idk if the cool ones even still work there it’s all a bunch of boring normies now:(

Fries were half cooked and soggy
Food was set on the counter and left with no call out or number yelled.
Also No one would take an order or working the front counter so I had to figure out the kiosk.

The Dr Pepper was warm and no carbonation. I asked for a Sprite instead and it was also warm and no carbonation. I didn’t go back. There was a little ice in both drinks.

Absolutely horrendous experience on december 5th 2025, manager is the most rude and mean person I’ve met in a long time… I was awesome struck, wow. I will be calling the complaint line on this. Didn’t give me my deal from the app order as well, terrible terrible TERRIBLE!!!!

The person that answered the phone was very rude and unhelpful. I won’t be coming back to this location again. When my husband went inside to order, the manager who had answered the phone was also rude to another customer that was in line. If this is the type of manager hired by this store, I am very disappointed.

Ordered through mobile, waited 14 minutes. Went inside to see what the problem was. Told it changed to a drive thru order. All tags and the app said mobile pick up. Frustrated!
