Look, this has nothing to do with the workers. I just don’t enjoy Mcdonalds anymore. I very rarely go, and when I finally break down and give it a try (after months and months), I am reminded why. In fact only the steak egg and cheese bagel has been decent and to be honest, the last one I had was subpar at best, butter not melted, sandwich looked like it was put together via wrist rocket.
It was fast, it tasted like it was faster, it was fairly inexpensive, it tasted cheap, the new Arch Burger is a flat out joke that is worse than it’s marketing campaign …There is one bright side McDonalds, that’s right one little silver lining, this will absolutely, positively be the very last review that I will give you.

I’ve been going to this location regularly for a few months and I can honestly say this one is the worst at making quality food or drinks. Their coffee is always burnt and/or very watered down. The food is usually dry or it’s burned (specifically the McMuffin here). The price just isn’t worth it to get bad food (I always told myself it was just a fluke here). Do yourself a favor and drive five minutes down the road to a different location where you can at least get decent quality food and drinks.

Thanks for making it less convenient this morning. I placed my order on the app for pickup at drive through. When I arrived they told me the drive lanes were closed. So I parked and went in. Sat there waiting for more time than I could wait. Nobody helped me. So I go my breakfast elsewhere. Go the same bacon egg sandwich and coke for way cheaper. Also it was better quality. Thanks for helping me never go to your terrible store again.

I just went thru the drive thru. Ordered the sausage bagel combo and a sausage McMuffin paid for it go to the next window..an arrogant kid handed me my bag. Ur 2 sandwichs I said the first one was a combo.. he told me no it Wasent!! I said yes it is I ordered the bagel combo.. he said no you didn’t!!. He told me I can get you the hash browns and a drink.. but I will charge you extra for that!!!
I’m sorry this is the worst location..you have the worst people working here. My orders are always wrong..drinks wrong.. I will drive a lil farther to get my food!! I’m done with your store!

They left me standing in the drive thru waiting area while about a dozen people got their orders.
Big guy at window wasn’t looking when handing out food and kept touching my hands.
I did this review while waiting for my food. So, I not only had time to write this, but I did it after waiting for way too long. I am disabled, so it’s extra complicated for me. Over a dozen now… I’ve even told them again I’m still waiting.

Had a difficult encounter with the manager that barely spoke english. Used the mobile app to buy my food, and to go pick it up. I get there and the cashier had a hard time with my order. Manager said I had to pay again or I get nothing after already paying for my food, or wait for a refund in 3 to 5 business days. My food is sitting in front of me and I’ll showing her my bank statement for food. Look out for this location!!

I rarely leave negative reviews—95% of the time my feedback is positive, and I understand that mistakes happen. However, my experience was very disappointing.
After ordering lunch in the drive-thru, I waited at the first window to pay. When nobody appeared after a significant wait, I moved to the second window assuming I should pay there. The employee at the window was polite, but she was instructed by someone else (who didn’t speak to me directly) that they would not accept my payment and that I had to drive around and wait in the massive line again.
I had two young children in the car who had just received shots and were not feeling well, so rejoining a long line wasn’t an option. We ended up leaving without food. I am always respectful to food workers and appreciate them very much, but the refusal to simply take my payment at the second window showed a total lack of care.

I ordered two large fries, a Big Mac, a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, and two large drinks, not the whole menu. Despite the restaurant not being very busy, it took over 30 minutes for my order to be ready. Several other customers from the drive thru had to come inside to ask about their orders as well because of how slow the service was.
I was very disappointed with this location’s efficiency and customer service, and I won’t be returning.

I apologize to this McDonald’s location. I have not had a problem with you when I have utilized your location in person. This is mostly for Doordash.
This is probably not McDonald’s fault but I felt the need to share. I have ordered from this location multiple times and every time I have done so in person everything has been fine. Every other time I have done so with doordash something is wrong.
I don’t have an option to leave a review through their app so I’m doing it here.
McDonald’s has always done me right but doordash seems to constantly fail me when I order from this location.

It’s McDonald’s. Quick guitly feeling afterwardfast food hamburgers. No Atmosphere, their all the same. Does have a play place for young families with young children. Food as expected, parking available and has drive up. Busy drive through had all their personelle busy had to do self checkouts after waiting 10 mins for counter service.Be sure to take a jacket in with you, it was colder than the south pole during a cold snap.
