As an Uber driver we were failed miserably. The poorly run drive thru experience was terrible. This reflects poorly on Uber and this franchise assuming it’s not corporate. We made suggestions to improve its efficiency relative to other franchises in Salt Lake and was scoffed at by management. In sum we waited in line for 15 minutes to which order was not ready. Then another 10 minutes at curbside parking. We suggested they keep lobby open for Uber like pickups keeping the drive thru free from delivery traffic.

McDonald’s has a pretty good system, you know what you’re getting, it is quick, and tastes pretty good overall. Some people may complain about the not so healthy food, but you know what you’re getting when you go there. I don’t like the screen ordering, they should give you a discount if you order at the screen.

The frappe machine has been broken for over a month, I have visited multiple times and they still have not fixed it. The staff were very nice and explaining and they weren’t the problem, the management is the problem. Should not have to do that as a customer.

FILTHY! Got our food from drive thru and it was covered in hair!! 1 hair I can dismiss in my fries cause it happens but to have hair all over my food and in the bag is downright DISGUSTING!! It’s almost like they have a barbershop service in there around the food! Will NEVER eat at this location again! Don’t even want to pull out the rest of our food in the bag because hair kept falling out as i keep pulling it out!!

This morning, I went to this Macdonald on 5400 s and Redwood Road. No vehicle was on either drive tru when I got there. Wile, I’m waiting to place my order in another vehicle pulled into the other drive tru, and they tuke their order first, and that made me a little upset, but I understand that they are busy and they may be doing more than one thing, and then another car gets into the drive tru and they tuke its order before me. I was really upset. Please try to do better service and help people in the order they arrived.

Used to be good. Been sitting here. For 40 minutes in the waiting area. Went in still Noone. 10 cheese burgers 40 nuggets 5 mc doubles 2 cheese burgers no ketchup. Extreamly rude while ordering. ex. “Ugh why so many should have gone somewhere else. .” Being the most polite if the one by my place was open. I wouldn’t have come to this one.

Me and my wife stopped in for a bite to eat and grab an ice cream cone. My phone went dark when I was trying to order our food on their app. So I found an open outlet and plugged my phone in to finish placing our order. While we waited for our food an employee walked by and seen my phone was plugged in she was completely rude. She didn’t say a word at first she walked over reached down and grabbed my charger ripped it out of the wall bending one of the prongs in the process. Then she slammed it down on the table and said that the outlet were there for the garbage cans not my phone and that I can’t do that then started talking very rudely about me to another employee in Spanish. I honestly can’t speak Spanish fluently but enough to know when someone is saying stuff they have no business saying about me for sure. I was completely humiliated and in shock that had just happened. I didn’t say anything at the time cuz I know my wife witch that girl was lucky my wife was in the restroom when she did that or things would have had a different ending and I didn’t want to have to deal with all that bs.

We passed at least 2 other McDonald’s restaurants to come to this one because of one key feature. We have a very active 4-year-old son, and this particular restaurant has a PlayPlace where he can climb and slide and jump to his heart’s content and in an enclosed area where he can be supervised without fear of him running off into parts unknown, or worse, getting snatched or assaulted at a city park, so when we decided to get lunch, I thought about a McDonald’s with a PlayPlace. We can kill two birds with one stone. We all get to eat, and our son gets to safely play. It was great.

This place has low standards and it shows in the food your given. They are busy allot because the acess to and from the interstate and residences makes it a fast visit but that is no excuse to have lazy staff and limited understanding of basic english communication. When the dinning room was open, service was more consistent however, of all the local Salt Lake county McDonald’s locations this one has consistently been the worst experience I have had using the drive through specifically.
