Fast food sucks but many eat it. My rating is for their service. We all have a preference. This McDonald’s gave top-notch morning service. I walked up to the counter and took my order. Didn’t even ask me to use the kiosk. Once the order was ready, they brought it to the table, not shouting a name or number across the place. You can’t get “Taco Bell” to take orders anymore, let alone bring it to the table! Great service today! Thank You

What can you say.. it’s McDonald’s. Watch out for “accidental upcharges” on your bill.. I’ve caught them a few times adding an up charge for something that should be already included.. example.. ALL soft drinks are priced at 1.49 (regardless of size) if you order a meal deal . There is an upcharge for the drink. Even though ALL soft drink sizes are priced the same.
In responce to the owners request for further information I DID go to your website and fill out the form.. your website will not upload the what i wrote. and… fyi owner… its STILL happening.. again today on 11-22-25… upcharged again.. so.. still squeezing out that extra .50 cents huh?

Customer service was great! I was greeted with a smile by every employee there. Food came out faster than I could even put my money in my wallet. It was hot when I got it too. Tasted standard from what I’m used to at mcdonalds-no variation at this establishment 🙂 glad I got what I was expecting in a faster time frame than expected.

Stopped by after work to get me a quick dinner. When I got home I realized that they had not put my fries in the bag. Disappointed, but I understand mistakes happen. This particular McDonald’s is almost always on point with their service and food request.

Full of people loitering, homeless camping in the bathroom. 30+ minute wait times for 2 sandwiches and a coffee. I watched them get 4 orders wrong while I was here. Rediculous. Any one of these things is annoying but getting hit up for money by multiple people in here when I’m just trying to feed myself and use the bathroom is beyond ridiculous. Forget this place.

All but one time has been good, just grab and go
I went to pick up lunch as usual, and I had a coworker who couldn’t have ketchup at all, so he got a cheeseburger without ketchup.
At first they forgot his meal, so I had to run back before my lunch break was over to get it. Driving back in a hurry to give him his food, I found out they had given him a plain cheeseburger with only ketchup.
I called the store, told them the mistake, and they offered to refund the whole order.
I gave my coworker some of my food at that point so we were mostly good, so I went with the refund
I only got half the refund and a free happy in the end, but it’s better than nothing I guess.

Thus may not be a fair review as McDonalds is not a favorite place to begin with. My visit was for a soft drink for my wife who requested a trip through the drive -thu.
