This place constantly gets my orders wrong. The employee’s especially the night shift do not give two craps about the service or quality of service. The last time I ordered here they gave me the wrong order. Out of sheer frustration called back the next day. The manager took my name and said that they would replace the order. Upon returning to the restaurant was told they will not replace the order and told me I needed a receipt. When I specifically asked the manager I spoke to if I needed one. She informed me no, they would take my name down. What a joke!!! Thanks a lot ESTHER!!!!

My experience is my own so please understand yours could be better, reccommend reading more than 1 review. I’ve been to this location 8 times in 3 months. In that time, they had the monopoly event as well. In my time ordering from this particular location I have not made it through the drive through in less that 10 min, whether there is cars or not. The longest wait time was roughly 28 min with 11 or 12 cars I counted in the drive through. 12 mins when I went inside to order as I noticed another long line outside. They have not given the promotions Mcdonalds has had (given 2 out of the 4 times ordered). Friendly and respectful but this site is failing dramatically. I highly recommend you do not go to this location and DRIVE to the McDonald’s, 11002 22nd Ave E, Tacoma, WA 98445. As the service is dramatically better.

I never had a bad experience at any McDonald’s until now. We were being ignored for 15-20 min at the register, we waited patiently because they looked busy, then someone came out to open the bathroom door for someone behind us (she said she couldn’t help us because she was on her break) I clearly can see the manager and we made eye contact acouple of times and he didn’t acknowledge anybody at the front, then my three year old ran to me because he needed to use the bathroom and I kept saying “excuse me” to grab their attention and each time I was getting louder because my son was about to pee himself, and again! I was being ignored, then I remember someone was in the bathroom so I knock on the door until someone open it. I should’ve left but I had my teenage kids with me and they all wanted McDonald’s, when I came out the bathroom someone was now at the register helping, we placed our order, I got my food, cold. And my sister didn’t get hers until 22 mins later! And she only got hers because I literally walked past there register and shouted excuse me and the manger kept saying he’ll be right with us and he was not! I got fed up because my food was cold and I wasn’t gonna eat in front of my sister and her kids. So I walked up and shouted that “22 min has past and we have not got our food”, we got it literally one min later.
THEN, my mom called us to bring her food back home, we went through the drive through figure it’ll be easier, we ordered food for her and her coffee, we got the food but not the coffee, they had us pull over to wait, THEY NEVER CAME OUT! 15 min passed we walked in and they said with a smirk “oh I forgot” not a sorry or anything else, my sister was upset and had them replaced the meal because it was cold, they snatched the meal from her with attitude and made a new one. It was so ridiculous!!!! We should’ve left and went to a different one but we had kids in the car and was just tired from driving around. I use to work at a fast food place in Hawaii in kailua, in the tourist spot , so I get it, I really do , sometimes the line would be out the door so that’s why I was patient for so long, but as soon as I got the sense that they didn’t care then that’s when I stopped being polite. Do Better.

Not so great experience. The food itself was fresh and only a few minute wait. However, I chose to dine-in while my car was being worked on. That was a mistake. I should have gone somewhere else. This McDonalds apparently doesn’t believe in heat. The lobby was so freezing cold that my hands were like icicles. It got so bad before I left that I could barely move them because they were that cold. It’s really sad that I can step outside into 45 degree weather while it’s raining and feel warmer outside than I did inside that lobby. What a miserable experience.

Staff was nice and restaurant was reasonably clean only one table out of sorts, however my uncle refused to eat here because he said the male restrooms were smelly, but the female restrooms were very fine to me. So I personally rated it a 5 however they were slightly slow but they do have a hive spot for the kids to play and lots of high chairs. Just great if you need to stop with some kids.

Food is fine and it’s clean, but the play place is literally never open. I’ve visited here various days of the week and at various times of day, hoping that my kids would be able to play a bit on a rainy day after having lunch, but it’s been closed every single time.

I took my roommate to the restaurant and there was garbage on the floor and a soda spill.
I let thr supervisor on duty know and we were in the restaurant for about 15 more minutes waiting for his order and nobody even put a wet floor cone.
My roommate bought a doctor pepper and a regular coke for me but when I tasted it…it turned out to be diet.
They were do worried about drive thru and nothing else…
In my opinion they need better management as if the health inspector came in…they would have shut the place down.

Customer service sucks and the drive thru takes forever just to have the worker standing there waiting to get handed a drink. To get the food and have to wait for the drink the easiest part is wild. Normally the worker at the window gets thing ready while waiting for the food but not that girl. Sad they want more money for work but them stand there and only pass the food out the window. To to mention the rat i seen run in the building. Never going to this location again

If I could leave a negative star rating, I would. Now I know, understand and sympathize with the employees and all the crap they have to put up with from, (most of the time), ungrateful and rude people. I have worked at McDonald’s before and know first hand how stressful and thankless it cam be. That being said I am shocked and saddened by the way myself and spouse, we’re just treated by ( I’m guessing) a person in charge
We’re moving from one end of the state to another in one car, withy dogs and all of my possessions
We stopped here to get a bite to eat and stretch our legs and organize our car from the days drive. First off, our order was completely messed up, I know, shocker. We went back to have it made the way we ordered it and were met with major attitude by staff. We got our ” fixed” order that was wrong again, and decided a third time might just get spit in our food so we took what they gave us and parked. We had not even been there for 20 mins before a staff member comes stomping towards us
As she gets closer and is crossing the drive thru ( with cars in it, mind you) and she yells ” you guys gots to go”. I very politely say “ok, I’m just getting a few things organized then we will be on our way.” This woman replies ” well, you have been here for over an hour already, and I really dont want to have to call the police on you to get you to leave”. I was honestly speechless . Call the police? For what? I was a paying customer and had just barely gotten done eating my dinner when she came out. Not only were her accusations and threats false and unfounded, it was beyond humiliating and degrading. I still am in shock by her cruelty and have never in my entire life been treated like that. She spoke to us as if we were garbage, like we were not even human. How is somebody like that allowed to work with the public? So not only was our order wrong twice, we were met with major attitude when we asked them to fix the mistakes they had made, then humiliated and run off with threats of police involvement for absolutely no reason. So if you want to be treated like you are sub human, and not get what you both ordered and paid for please eat here. If you want food the way you ordered it and respect please eat anywhere else. One star is too much for this restaurant, negative 5 stars is what we experienced tonight. Thank you so much for your cruelty, attitude and incorrect orders.
