There’s a play area and nice seating. Food and service were good! I just didn’t like that there wasn’t a baby changing table in the main restroom. I’m not sure if there was one in the play area as we were in a rush and didn’t have time to play.

I usually love McDonald’s, but early this morning my daughter brought me breakfast while I was at work. I had her get me 2 sausage egg Mcmuffin’s,and whatever she wanted. I ate one at work and the other just now. Both had egg shells in them, and the muffin part’s were burnt. I get better service from doordash, but honestly it shouldn’t matter how I get my food. It should always be treated the same.

Was in the curb side pick up The only vehicle and waited for over 10 minutes, decided to walk in to find out if my food was even ready! Oh it was ready, It was sitting on the countertop, In a bag next to it was my beverage. I asked for it and said this is supposed to be a convenience thing. Not very convenient when they can’t even bring it to you. Woman responded saying we are short staff I responded with but you have time to walk food to people that are at a table with a number tent. How is my service different? I haven’t had very many issues with this location but today was uncalled for. Won’t be back anytime soon!

They never give straws to the door dash orders!! I got 5 drinks- JUST DRINKS- and they didn’t include a single straw!! Normally my iced coffee is great, but today, I could tell they made it with the regular hot coffee. There was barely any ice and it was even lukewarm at the bottom. WORST service I’ve had in a long time!! So displeased!!

Waited over 20 mins just to get my food given away to the car next to me. I ordered curbside pickup. We sat in spot 3, but apparently their staff is too incompetent to even learn how to count to 3. I go inside and she said it will take another 15 mins to make. Why? It’s not hard to throw together fast food and make sure your customers get the right order. Train your staff and learn how to count.

Food was OK. My husband asked for a special order on his quarter pounder and instead the condiments were added on the bottom. He brought it up and asked the manager working if that was the way the sandwich was made. Her answer was “sometimes” I know better because I worked at the cedar McDonald’s and quarter pounders don’t come that way. The service had gone way down here sadly. Not like how it used to be. And half of the dining room was very dirty.
