I requested a shamrock shake with fudge, didn’t think they’d say yes, but they did! Turned out amazing, they were all so polite and nice to us, great enough experience that I had to write a review. They don’t skimp out on anything in your order, I got lots of fudge, shake, and whipped cream in my shake. Tastes as it always does, but I’m going to this McDonald’s more often now that I know these guys know how to handle new challenges properly. Thanks guys!

So this is acceptable? How can you have food service people so unaware? So either you made my sandwich in a unsanitary area that was next to dirty dishes or that expired sticker fell off of product they are still using 5 hours after expiration. So no one in that location is doing their job to serve safe food. Management needs to be held accountable. Not the first time I’ve called poor management out at this location as there were allowing someone sneezing all over the kitchen and with no sanitation cleaning just let them kept making food until they were called out in front of a crowd of people that were also unhappy about that situation. Franchise owners/corporate needs to step in and fix management at this point. This use to be a location that was ran very well now its a joke.

Took forever in the drive through. Everyone else got there food before me. Sloppy food. Was rude when I asked why it took so long. Don’t go here if you have places to be they are always super slow.

Bathrooms were dirty but not to bad considering their location to the highway. Garbage was full. The help is all very welcoming and helpful. The sandwich seemed very small for the price. First time we have had breakfast at McDonald’s in a long time. Maybe it’s the new normal.

I can’t say that service at this McDonald’s is ever great, but its definitely been better than last night. After waiting almost 35 minutes for curbside, I went inside to see why it hadn’t come. From the lobby, the kitchen looks like a disaster, the employees are moving slower than turtles, and the manager is currently dealing with a customer who had been waiting an hour in the lobby. After standing there for 15 minutes, I finally got asked why I was there. Watching the manager, it was pretty clear… our order was deleted and ignored. He immediately started to bag our food with barely an apology. It was already 9pm by this point, I had no time to sit there and argue, so I took the food and left. Everything was old and cold. Even with all of that, couldn’t even be given fresh fries. Literally the only good thing out of this experience was the pop we got for drinks. Last night was absolute garbage service and even worse food. What a waste of $25.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a bottle of water. It doesn’t sound like a very hard order does it?

My sandwich smelled like burning pancakes… And taste like burning plastic… But the only thing that was actually burned was the eggs.

Every time I pull up to this drive-thru window I feel stupid for paying somebody to feed me trash…

I think today is going to be my last stop at McDonald’s.

one of the few 24 hour fast food near me. the staff i think is overwhelmed and overworked because this place is always busy. Today i got the McRib and a double filet o fish! yummy classic sandwiches! be warned prices have gone up.. my 2 sandwiches cost $12. I recently tried the chicken big mac and i wasn’t impressed. the meat tasted just like McNugget meat. but the classics still are very good

I’m giving this three stars because the staff are genuinely kind — every person I spoke to was polite and doing their best — but let’s be honest, this place has seriously gone downhill.

When I came in, not one person had any energy. Everyone looked drained, and it showed in the service. The food took forever, the lobby felt sluggish, and it honestly took longer than it would at a full-service restaurant.

I’m not trying to be harsh, but something’s missing here — the pep, the pride, the hustle that used to make this McDonald’s run like clockwork. It’s not the people that are the problem; it’s the management and morale. Get the spark back, because Cedar Springs deserves better.

Out of 7 cars in drive thru, 5 we’re pulled ahead! I was the second car pulled up. I was hoping to order lunch. I was 4 mins early, and waited 10-15 mins for my food. My hash brown was at best, warm. My sandwich was the same. If I have to wait for my food, I would at least expect it to be good and hot. It was a real disappointment!

Please, I’m begging you, get a ticket system if you’re going to have people pull forward in the drive through. I sat waiting for 15 minutes waiting as cars behind me got their food because someone else took mine. Culver’s does this perfectly without issue and McDonald’s can’t? Come on guys.
