I would like to give this place a 0 if I could, the food is terrible everytime, this particular time, I got a burnt burger and it taste burnt and is very very dry with no onion at all, I couldn’t even eat this burger and I got 2 of these worthless burgers…
update, they keep on giving me terrible burgers, soft fries, super dry and no dehydrated onion on the burger and without warning or option for substitution for reg onion. I worked at McDonald’s as a cook before and I know what the quality should be, I’m getting soft nuggets that been sitting in the UHC/heating rack for the food wayyy too long, and they let the 10:1 pattys sit too, no way my burger should be looking and tasting dry like they reset the timer on the uhc multiple times over and over again. I even went out of my way to do a special request and asked for fresh 10:1 patties and still got some dry double cheese burger with no dehydrated onion. The owner has offered me a free meal. I never took it but I kept giving this location chances in hopes the owner would fix the grave shift food quality but maybe all they care about is drive through times. It’s pathetic. I Can never get a good meal, even when I specifically ask for fresh food. The place should be just be shut down, because I know without a shadow of a doubt that they are not throwing out old food when the timer on the uhc/ heating cabinet goes off, they are resetting the timer and giving people badddd food. I wouldn’t doubt if some people got sick

It was 7:30pm when I tried pick up food from this location. Lights were still, people in the lobby, cars going in the drive through. I try to order and they tell me they are closed for a system error. If you going to close your location for something like that, close and lock your doors, turn down some lights, and put up some signs or cones at the drive through. Quit being lazy and do your job. Wasted my time and gas to drive to this location to get nothing. No food, no service, no atmosphere. Thats a 1 star for me, do better.

tried this location 3 times and last night (3/4/26 at around 5:15 pm) was my last straw with this place. Dealing with wifi issue – cash only, no problem! What’s not ok is your lack of management and team experience to deal with the issue. Writing down 10+ orders on one sheet of paper and running that back and forth – my order got lost. It took over 20 minutes to get 3 sandwiches, after waiting 20 minutes to order. During my wait i had to listen to one of your employees continue to ask “would i get fired if I hit ____ with a fry basket?”. So fitting for the experience.
Buns: stale and hard
burger patties: over cooked, and yet cold at the same time
fries: soggy and unsalted.
$20 wasted, an hour of my life i wont get back. I am not loving it.

Just came in to order and enjoy the day with our daughter but that was quickly ruined my the employee named Georgia. Very poor attitude when ordering food and adding items after each item she rolled her eyes and scoffed at us audibly enough that the people could hear her behind us. not only that she got our order wrong then when approached at the counter for ketchup she blew us off went to someone else behind us and when spoken to by another employee about her blowing us off she scoffed yet again tossed her hands up and walked away.
Never coming here again she is a sad excuse for an employee and if it where my store i would fire her immediately. Not to mention what ever the hell this bunt thing was in my food

I ordered McDonald’s on DoorDash tonight and I just needed to shout out the staff here. I got a call about 30 minutes after making my order. It was one of the employees calling to let me know that they had seen my door dasher picking at his bare feet while waiting for the order. They told me they refused to give it to him due to food safety concerns (and the obvious point of oh my god that’s disgusting) and they’d be happy to re-make it for me if it took too long for me to find a new door dasher. I’ve ordered from this store many times (happy to say my food has always been good from the night crew) and even happier to say that their service is amazing too. Thank you to the girls who refused him the order and for calling to tell me what happened. I hope y’all had an amazing rest of your night after that guy came in.
Edit: they did in fact re-make my order to keep it fresh. Amazing service, thank you guys so much!

Been to this McDonald’s twice about 2 years apart and BOTH times have been OVER a 45 minute wait for our food and BOTH times my order was missing food and the food was more disgusting than what normal McDonald’s food is. Their customer service sucks, they have an attitude as if your order being wrong is your own fault. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra mile or 2 to the McDonald’s right off of 512 by the Denny’s. I usually do, but i sent my Daughter to pick the food up this time and she didn’t want to drive as far at rush hour on Meridian. Jokes on us, the extra 20 minutes on meridian would have saved us a 45 minute wait!! Taking the time to drive a little further up the road will save you time and will have better customer service.

Just keep getting sweet tea when I asked for no sweet. My fish sami was put slapped into a box the sauce was put half on the bun half in the box. I got a quarter of a piece of cheese. Just another reason to eat better since the food never right anymore.

Compared to the other McDonalds in South Hill, this one is decent. They were out of the Grinch meals the last few times we visited. :/ Sometimes they close the lobby early. Otherwise okay.
**Be careful parking when rain is heavy as this parking area gets flooded easily.

If I could give it no stars I WOULD.
Every time I come to this location, the experience gets worse. I’ve kept giving it chances since it’s close to home, but I’m officially done.
We placed a large mobile order for a family gathering, and it took over 15 minutes before anyone even came out. When they finally did, they handed us two full drink carriers with no bags and zero sauces even though everything was selected properly in the app. The fries were half filled, greasy, and cold, completely soggy.
When my fiancé asked for two delivery bags, they only gave him one. He even showed them the order on his phone with the sauces clearly listed, and they still gave him the wrong ones. When he tried to explain that items were missing, the girl who brought our food literally ran back inside mid conversation.
We had two kids in the car, and this was supposed to be convenient. Instead, my fiancé had to go inside four different times just to get things fixed. It’s not hard to double check orders or treat customers with basic respect. This location seriously needs improvement in accuracy, speed, and customer service.
Literally can care less for a free meal at this point especially if it’s going to be cold and stale.
