Everytime i order something from Uber eats or go buy in person it’s always something wrong like today I got the ones on the picture the a gold Dlx Mc crispy meal a caramel frappe add straw, large fry…. But no filet and most of times we come in person also we get nuggets and with sauces right? Tell me why they don’t give us the sauces and forgets about it….unless we go into the store and ask for it. corporate make sure you check the store bc when we go thru the drive thru they play in appropriate music and most of the time y’all give old fries that y’all kept bc to lazy to make new ones Ik how McDonald’s work I use to be in McDonald’s I know how the workers are even i make new fries for the customers and Run a whole night shift by my self in the kitchen and make sure the food is always fresh and warm or hot where its food safety approve still .its always a Waste of money spent on this location! I ordered two Big Mac with no “Big Mac Sauce” instead they gave me two Big Mac with no “Big Mac Buns”. I got home and thought hey they just trolled me but now I realize you better order your order on your app before coming here. I’m out 14 bucks for some meat and lettuce. So um we went at night time to get food around 9 pm and the Guy that was helping us out kept literally saying anything else, anything else like he was rushing us and then on top of it I asked for extra pickles on both my cheeseburgers and they gave me two. I was not going to write this review but after noticing I was missing more food, this place needs to get it together. This has happened on multiple occasions, management sucks as well. I understand working fast-food but without paying customers you don’t receive hours which then you don’t get paid. We are all human but I don’t think its because we are human but to the fact you don’t like your job. The nasty attitude says it all. Check your bags before leaving the window!

It’s been a while since I had good service or food at McDonalds. I ordered at the kiosk. As soon as I walked up the lady handed me my drink and by the time I was done grabbing my drink she had my order ready. The fries and burgers were actually hot.

It would be a good idea to mark the store as temporarily closed in the app if you’re going to close a 24 hour store for maintenance. That way people don’t place an order and have their money taken for food they won’t get.

Hands down the worst Mc Donald’s I have ever seen. I live close by so naturally I have to use this Mc Donald’s but they mess up 9/10 plus if your a uber eats or DoorDash driver avoid this McDonald’s at all cost. They never have the ingredients needed to make the food. Like today no Big Mac buns and no ice coffee. Let’s see what it is tomorrow. A lil tip if it’s past 9pm don’t accept an order from uber eats because the drive thru line does not move because no one knows what they’re doing at this location. They will give the wrong order and or missing items. You gotta double check st this location.

Had to wait 5 minutes at the order screen before my order was taken. The female employee taking the order stopped to do whatever 2 times before finishing my order. Only to tell me she’d have my total at the window. Still waiting to even get to the window. It’s been another 5 minutes already! Let’s just hope my order is correct. It’s 11:57pm.
