This review is for my 5 year old grandson. He goes nuts to stop here. I can’t pass by this place without him shouting and pointing from the back seat, “GO THERE, GO THERE!” Staff is always nice and courteous. It’s so sad to see the playground closed, but I respect the precautionary measures.

This location is as understaffed as any that I’ve ever seen. Having said that, I’ve never seen a harder working manager. She handled everything in the front from the register drinks to cleaning, running orders out to the waiting vehicles and so much more, all by herself. She was visibly worn out and breathing hard yet still smiling and gave exceptional customer service. If I had a business I would try to steal her away.

Was asked to wait and park on the side. No lie it literally took 34 minutes for someone to bring our order and meals and drinks were still missing. I had to walk in twice while having 2 screaming children waiting for their happy meals wondering what was going on. Probably will go to a different location next time.

Older lady was extremely rude when I asked for my correct order. I always try to keep a positive attitude when dealing with fast food employees because I know how difficult people can be. Very slow, the sausage burrito meat very small portions. Had to park in reserve waiting. Meal wasn’t even hot hash browns warm burritos almost cold and had to wait.

It was very excellent, however, there was a homeless man in there. He stunk up the place so terribly. The staff was very nice to him but the restaurant area was really foul. It’s a sad situation with no answers to help the homeless. I love McDonald’s, but I don’t to smell what I smelled last week.

This is kinda personal so it may be a completely different opinion from others who visit this location. For the most part, when I come to this location I only use the drive-thru! And I’ve never had a problem before. But today I decided to dine in. First off, one has to place an order through a touch screen which in and of itself is impersonal and tricky to navigate. Then the prices compared to my local McDonald’s are incredibly high. I mean, just under $5 for a large fry?!?!?! Give me a break!!! Then when you do your order on the screen, it asks you if you want it to go or dine in. So I checked dine in. This means you get a number which you set on your table and they bring you your food. Which I thought to myself: Well there’s a little bit of a personal touch to this whole experience! But no! They bagged my food and called me to pick it up at the front counter. I then showed the young lady my receipt that said Dine In. But I told her just to leave my things in the bag. That it was okay. But she seemed upset and kinda pulled them out of the bag quickly and put them on a tray.

Completely incompetent. Have never gotten an order right despite the order being given the exact same way at other locations and in a perfectly reasonable order. Will never go here or any McDonald’s again. The most incompetent staff I’ve ever encountered over and over and over again.
