Mobile ordered ice cream and apple pie. Ice is delivered in about 4 to 5 minutes after I arrive and they notify they don’t have apple pies ready. I take the ice cream to vehicle and come back into the store. I am notified they just dropped the Apple Pie and it will be about 12 minute wait. What part of fast food is this. The guy was nice but this is not a place to come if you are in a rush. If you have Low expectations this place will meet them. I am very disappointed in what is supposed to be the standard in the fast food industry.

Avoid @ all costs. Against my own better judgement, I got a Double Quarter Pounder value meal. Burger patties were both undercooked, but I’d spent fifteen bucks for the meal so I was damned if I was going to throw it out – so I’ll admit that the after effects are partially on me. Ended up with a moderate case of the runs the afternoon after eating the burger. The bar for McD’s food quality is on the ground, but the Poulsbo location managed to dig a trench under it.

*BIG ARCH Review!! Can’t say I’m a fan. I grew up on Big Macs and this is just gimmicky, The meat is the exact same as the quarter pounder and basically they are just substituting the ketchup and mustard with arch sauce and different onions. The Arch sauce just isn’t my thing. Too tangy and too sweet. I probably wouldn’t order it again. They do cook the meat when you order just like the QPC. Service took over 5 mins for drive thru. Regular review—-It’s a McDonalds. You should know what to expect by now. They’ve messed up my order on consecutive visits. Temper your expectations and you won’t be disappointed. Silverdale location is better managed and makes less mistakes by far.

Clean location, fast and friendly service. LARGE children’s play area that was well maintained and a GREAT distraction. You can even order from the app and have it delivered to the table so you don’t have to stop the fun. The bathroom was clean and well maintained and the changing table actually had liners

I live so close to this McDonalds but at this point I’m driving out to Silverdale if we want McDonalds. I have to wait EVERY single time I’m there! My daughter and I make bets on how long it will be ♀️ I was there a few days ago and I waited about 10 minutes at the first window to pay… then I waited another 10 minutes at the second window before they told us to go wait in a parking spot… I sat in that spot for another 15 minutes before I had to just leave without our food because she had school! I couldn’t believe I gave myself an extra half hour and we ended up leaving without our food FOR THE SECOND TIME in a month! I dropped my daughter off at school and even drove back and walked in to try talking to someone and no one came to the front desk… they saw me and just slowly walked past. So ridiculous at this point ♀️ ♀️ There’s a lady with glasses that is usually taking our payment at the first window when we go there and she’s always been so great! She wasn’t there that day as far as I could tell….

I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe with no cheese and they got it wrong – it had cheese on it, 2 slices! It was still really good. My fries were hot and crispy just how I like them!

Service was really slow despite not being that busy, so naturally I was looking forward to receiving fresh, hot food. But the food ended up being super old and barely warm. Pretty terrible experience. I absolutely don’t mind a little wait, but what’s the point if you’re just going to give me old cold food?

Did my normal order, got two double cheeseburgers Sprite and happened today. Also got a 10 piece. I did not order my two double cheeseburgers anything special on it. I did curbside, drove away. Start eating my food while driving. Found out there’s lettuce and mayonnaise on a normal double cheeseburger that’s supposed to have two buns. Two patties. Two things of cheese, mustard mayonnaise, cut up onions and pickles. This really upsets me because this location generally has some of the best double cheeseburgers. I was looking so forward for this but why did I get a wrong order and this has never happened before?

Your people in the Poulsbo McDonald’s have gotten incredibly rude I used to love coming there because there was cheerful service. that does not happen anymore especially today through the drive-thru one female had no reason to be the way she was and I’m sure she was that way with me then she’s that way with other customers figure it out it’s not the first time in the past couple months

Disposable cup fee of .30. When asking the employee about the fee she had no idea what I was talking about and claimed this was an upcharge for my coffee size. I didn’t order a larger coffee! Also, 1 of your 2 lanes was closed and I waited 15 minutes to order and receive my order. Fast food? Not really.
