Placed an online order for breakfast 15min before 11. I arrived at 2min after 11 to pick up and was told it was too late and I couldn’t get my order even though it was already paid for and made. Was told I’d get a refund in a couple days vs right then. I get it the cut off to order is 11 but I should be able to pick it up whenever I want especially if it’s already paid for and if not I should get a refund immediately. The cashier sounded happy to report this news which added insult to injury. Never again.

I had my reservations about this place, but I let the begging of my children and my nostalgia of childhood persuade me. A very busy McDonald’s. I wish I’d come to Anacortes more frequently. Cool town and nice people. My order got bounced out of the queue from the app. The manager stepped up and provided me what I’d paid for and fix my issue as quickly as possible.. I’m very appreciative

We ordered a Deluxe McChicken and a Big Mac with a large fries. I loved this version of McChicken! The sandwich may cost a little more but it’s a bigger piece of chicken, has both lettuce and tomato, and an upgraded bun. The Big Mac is consistently the same since it was introduced in 1967 and the French Fries are a McDonald’s standard. If you’ve seen my reviews of other locations, lately have been disappointed in the fries. I was pleasantly surprised that these were hot and crisp on the outside like expected. The team at this location does a great job considering the drive thru is always busy.

The staff working is always great and friendly but the portions of the fries are always small. Almost every time I ask for a large fry, I get a container about 3/4 full or less. Makes it pointless to upgrade.

Just went through drive up. Got a hamburger and fries that were both barely warm and tasted like they’d been cooked a long time ago. Dry bun, dry meat and stale, tasteless fries. Also, this location needs a serious makeover. The drive up has looked like a demo project for months. I hope these owners will make some positive changes soon. Very disappointing.
12/13/24 Decided to try again today. I’ve always loved their fish sandwiches. Asked for extra tartar sauce cuz there’s usually not enough. The sauce was put on my sandwich instead of a container. My sandwich was dripping with it! Consequently, encountered a very rude employee at the window and a manager that showed no concern and even argued with me herself. This place just continues to disappoint.

The food was McDonald’s. As expected. I’m writing this review because I had the best customer service experience imaginable. I’ve paid more than $100 for a meal and wasn’t treated as well as that young man at this McDonald’s. It takes so little to be kind and the gentleman that waited on me in the dining room was truly exceptional. I wish I knew his name. Shout out to him and to this management team.
