Great deals if you use the app. The hours here are sporadic though. Seems they just close whenever they feel like it. I also know better than to assume the ice cream machine is working. Good luck

If you take the gamble of eating at this McDonald’s, you might as well stop at the casino too since you’re feeling so lucky. The odds of getting your meal warm and intact with good customer service are low but it can happen. More often then not the drive through is slammed the order is messed up and the employees have a serious attitude. While I was awaiting my food, I was a witness to an intersection between the manager – Kim and a guest. Even though the guest couldn’t prove anything around his complaint for the food, Kim went out of the way to serve him respectfully and with dignity. She kept her calm, composure and acted professionally.

I wish they would put someone up front that speaks or at least understand a little English. I asked for salsa she kept giving me ketchup. Then salt. Then ketchup again. She got mad at me it’s frustrating for the both of us especially her who has to do that all day. Every time I ask for my frappe to be LAYERED with caramel they give me even less than normal even with paying 3X for caramel. I’m over this location.

They are usually rude. never have orders ready on time for doordash. I’ve had several really bad experience’s here honestly I stopped eating here for almost two years because of the problems at this location. one of the shift leads had a serious vendetta against me, for literally no good reason. And she would purposely skip me in the drive thru everytime she seen me. All because I was doing a doordash and the app tells you to go to the door first. So that’s what I did and for some time there was no issue with it. Then one day out of the blue. (The shift lead?) She literally threw a fit with her hands as I was watching through the door window than proceed to curse me out at the door and demand that I only use the drive thru. Even tho up to that point in time (during COVID-19/and remodel) they had brought the food to me no problem at the door. I’m a pretty laid-back and tend to let things go fairly easily. And the next several times of going to this location after that altercation, that chick started problems with me over anything she could possibly could. made it very intentional and clear that she was going to be as rude and condescending as she could possibly be. And I had another employee from this location try and fight me out front. His name is Shane. He now works at papa John’s on 52nd and evergreen. At least he did for a bit idk if he still does. This location has just been one issue after another and I refuse to go for any personal reason. Last time I got food for myself and a friend my egg McMuffin had almost an entire eggs worth of shell in the round egg was completely unappetizing!

Absolutely horrible continually getting my order wrong majority of staff lacks customer service asked for a sweet tea and got a watered down sweet tea. We pulled up to the order menu and they skipped us 2x. Giving me other people’s order. They get mad when asked for a small cup of ice to cool my coffee.
