This McDonald’s is located approximately one mile from SeaTac Airport, and a good option if you have an early flight. I ordered a breakfast meal and the meal and service met my expectations.

The manager that was on duty was not professional. I went through the drive through ordered and payed for my food and when I went to the second window to pick my food up they started to hand me someone else’s order and when I showed them my receipt they said that my order was already picked up and said that the card that I used to pay for it didn’t match the one on the receipt… I tried to show her that the transaction went through from my bank with the same amount that was on the receipt but she refused to acknowledge nor was she trying to give me the food I had already payed for. I told her I just pulled forward and didn’t receive anything yet but she didn’t believe me and tried to say her cameras don’t work when I said she can see for herself. This lady gave a hard time for no reason and her employees need to do better.

Ordered 1 ff and 4 sodas. One car in front and we had a mobil order.10 min later we r still in line..when i tried to ask whats up the window lady would just walk away..and stood inside so i raised my voice, asked again can see the drinks sitting. It’s McDonald’s so can’t shoot so many points on food and atmosphere but the service this last month has been unusually kind and helpful. Which is odd but we eat there everyday 2 times a day on most days….

Fries are always awesome. Great location. Updated interior with a good play area separated from main dinning room. It appears that they have a full time security guard. Helps keep the atmosphere family friendly. The new Grand Mac is awesome.
