This McDonald’s is more expensive then most that I have been to, and they don’t do refills for your drinks, and they don’t do any extra sauce for your nuggets. This one is definitely different then most McDonald’s then I’ve been to. Staff has not the best attitudes and doesn’t communicate very well.

My first time at McDonalds in over 9 years and, sad to say, still as slightly below average as ever, despite the attempts at making the place seem a little fancier with all the wood and faux leather. I will say that the food is still good for the lower price. Fries were a little blonde and the burger was a little greasy but I enjoyed it, so I’m not complaining. I do have a complaint about being misgendered, though. Now, I get it. I’m not the most passing, and I understand the hesitancy to call me Ms. if I turn out to be just a really flamboyant guy, but I’m obviously trans. I was even wearing a trans pride sweatshirt, so points off for that. As for the atmosphere, well, it’s a McDonalds, so plan to shower when you get home if you decide to go inside.

McDonald’s usually is true to it’s image unless you get luke warm semi-soggy fries. I very much dislike that… yuk. If they’ve hit a slow spell or swamped cooking fried too fast the. Under cooked and cold is the worst. Because it was drive through I didn’t take them back. Pretty sure though if I had they’d replace them at no cost. They’ve done it for me. I appreciate McDonald’s, they do a good job typically in getting hardworking folks of many different back grounds. Ok there is room to improve but overall you can count on McDonald’s. International trip to overseas McDonald’s is a treat with touches if local cultures. Fun and yum . Location was clean. Friendly staff. I’ll go back.

This is probably the best run McDonalds I’ve been to in a long time, maybe ever. Clean tables, and floor. No shouting numbers but kindly delivering the meant your table. Kindly delivering condiments. Very appreciative of how this store was run.

Generally go to this one in the morning and bring lunch…today was different and decided to go here for lunch.
Terrible service. The woman at the drive through speaker asked if that was it, I said no and then she said next window. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, no sauce…found out later the sauce is what is spicy. Thought maybe it was like the spicy McChicken and spicy breading. So I ended up paying more for a plain McCrispy…no one said a word.
Her nails damn near scratched me when handing back my card.
The food was handed over…when I got to the office I found my fries as pictured…none fell in the bag either. And they were stone cold… and I always roll the bag closed
The young lady in the mornings there is wonderful…this crew is terrible

At McDonald’s, I am always weary of either being followed into or targeted while in the women’s restroom. At this store, it didn’t happen. However, I was being observed. Their dining room was clean and neat. All self ordering boards were working. The pace of service was acceptable. The employee I interacted with was very friendly but I had to ignore her final greeting. Back to my car, I was again being observed. It gave me an unpleasant feeling but that was all.

I only show up here on the weekends because I work over here on the weekends and have been for the last two years. The Team here is awesome. The food is 99.9% of the time perfect. Unlike other locations or other fast food spots every time its different, or there is an issue. In the two years I have been coming here I have had nothing but perfect orders and great customer service. This along with good food will definitely keep people coming back.
I really do appreciate the team that gets my order together quickly when I walk in.

I was stuck in a long line at the drive for them to tell me that their card reader was down and only accepted cash. I couldn’t back out because of the long line.
I asked when their card reader was down so I know not to go at those times but they wouldn’t tell me. Apparently Friday at 9pm they only take cash.

I like ordering everything with the kiosk. I felt like my order had no mistakes or mix-ups because of the kiosk system. I’m looking forward to returning so I can try the adult happy meal!!

Drive thru girl was SUPER annoyed that I had the audacity to ASK for my total before paying. But if I hadn’t, I wouldn’t have realized she got my order wrong.
And I get the convenience, but I am NOT paying over $3 for a freaking hash brown. I can get 12 for that price and cook at home. There’s no reason for it, and McDonald’s food isn’t worth the price anymore, which is why I eat there maybe 2-3 times a year anymore. So as Americans have to tighten their belts more, and McDonald’s is going broke, u know why
