But services, and attention to customers needs, and presence is bad here.
Management don’t seem to care about each customer. They just want to move fast, regardless good or bad. Regardless they take, serve correct orders or not. Standard of customers service, and quality of place, and atmosphere here is Getto Standards. Place is dirty.
No wonder most reviews on this place are negative. I believe owner, and manger are mean, and abusive to their workers. And it showes in their employees interactions with their customers. Employees are not happy here
Advice to customer check your orders, and your food before leaving.
Also use self order& self pay kiosk.
Go to counter only if you need to, other wise you will wait for while before anyone will acknowledge your presence, and take the time to talk to you
Large parking lot.
1-03-26 at 5:35 I walk up to the window in my uniform and they won’t serve me. They tell me they can’t serve from the window . Lying to my face even though you have served me and my fellow employees more than a dozen times . And I know what the problem is it’s the employees that are on duty now. Thanks a lot McDonald’s gal working the first window between 5:30 and 5:40 am. What’s so upsetting about this is she called another woman employee over to ask in that employee told her to go ahead and help me. But she didn’t like that answer so she went and found another employee and brought her over for her to tell me no. What’s so disgusting about this is if you would’ve just exercise some customer service it actually took longer for you to go grab two employees Because you didn’t wanna serve me. It would’ve been much quicker just to exercise actual customer service and help me. I would’ve been gone in two minutes. I was professional in my uniform and obviously you just didn’t want to provide customer service.
The food quality is good most of the time. I only had one incident where a young man working the drive-thru gave me about 3/4 of the drink. I asked for a bit more it took him about 2 minutes to mess with it. I got to the park and took a sip of the drink. At that moment, I realized the young man put coke, sprite, and other odd-flavored soda into my cup of drink. I contacted the restaurant, and the manager said he would talk to the young man. That was that.
Half of the parking lot is used for online orders and another half for inside dining. However, there are homeless cars and trucks often parked there as well.
The restaurant is open back up for business, and customers can dine in once again.
