Drive through service is slooowwwwwwww. I ordered 2 things and had 4 cars in front of me. I waited 20 minutes and almost drove off. I should have drove off truthfully. Way too slow. Dairy Queen is just down the road and would have been a way better option for a drive through.

Place would not take my orders or my mobile coupons. Only took cash but would not even take my buy one get one free off my phone because their system was down. I have seen others manually enter the discount before.

Staff is SUPER SLOW. It take 4-5 times to repeat my order for them to understand. I get trying to add diversity into your company, but at least get fluent native language speaking staff that understands what the customer wants. A lot of language barrier mistakes are being made, which elates to longer wait times or drive-thru times. Many of the customers are travelers that just want to get to their next destination with some food in their stomachs!

Went through drive up. The young lady that took our order was amazing. She was patient and got our order right. The food was much better than McDonald’s in Eugene. I was there around 6pm.

It’s McDonald’s so 5 star food is relevant. It’s always consistent so you know what you’re getting. Our local McDonald’s is well run and better than many I’ve been to.

Didn’t go in, but went through the the Drive thru, just for $1 soda. It was very typical, a long line that takes an average of 10ish min. The big advantage to this McDonald’s, is the killer appeal of the building.
