Ordered a breakfast sandwich in the app, was told in app they would serve that if I ordered before 10:30, which I did. Arrived at the restaurant 4 min. after 10:30 and they said they stopped doing breakfast and wouldn’t serve me. Now I dont have time to stop for breakfast before my break ends.

CHECK YOUR ORDERS! This mcdonalds is always forgetting items in orders. On multiple occasions I haven’t received a drink with my order or an item in my order is missing. Decent food though.

Dont get Orange Fanta from here. The incompetence and refusal to change out their syrups in the soda machine is unmatched. I write this as Ive gotten my 5th lightly orange seltzer water. 5th time, shame on me at this point. What an absolute joke.

I went in for a quick meal. I ordered at the kiosks. Nothing warned me that they dont do free refills while ordering. While I waited for my food I noticed a sign saying to refills behind the counter. It took a few minutes just to make human contact to tell them I want a refund. When they finally processed the refund it printed two receipts. They kept both and threw my original away. They basically told me to trust that I’d get my refund in a few days… I’ll never be back

Bought a medium smoothie, the guy turns the smoothie upside down and gives it a jiggle before handing it to me. Get home after it’s settled and it’s an inch and a half below the lid. Dude basically gave me a small. SHAME!!

Store left out sauces on an online order. Shit happens no biggie except I paid for the sauces. Employees working could have cared less. They said to come grab them tomorrow (next day when obviously I wanted them with what I ordered)
The fact that website does not have any feedback avenue that it’s easy to go through besides calling the store is ridiculous. We never order fast food and this reminded us why!

Great service. No waiting even for dine in. The dine in area was super clean. Washrooms are also clean but has pad lock.

They make you feel like it’s kiosk service only, other than that the facility was clean and the service was fairly fast once I could get them to help me order from the side items which was difficult to locate at the kiosk.

It was okay overall but whoever is making the sandwiches likes to dump mayo into them like its a mayo sandwich only. I’d recommend sticking to the chain standards with that as it was very messy and it was not a great experience with mayo dominating the sandwiches.
