This is the best Arby’s in town. Always frendly, fast. They usually have all the sauce pumps fulls, the dining room is clean. Some of the other locations need to take note of how its done from this location.

I am so disgusted with this place. Haven’t been in a while my one year was hungry so decided to stop. Ordered a chicken slider and a small curly fry. Get the food and the wrapper is melted to the food. Fries are fresh which were a plus. Try to go inside doors are locked, so l back up to the window. Tried to wave someone down no one came, beeped my horn no one came. Finally after some time someone came don’t know if it was a manager or worker. I showed it to her flipped open dangling. I asked her would she eat this. She said we put it in the microwave. I kindly told her I have eaten at plenty of other Arby’s to know that it shouldn’t look like this. Then she goes to say so you want a refund. Ma’am that never came out my mouth. My child is hungry. I need you to remake it. Mind you they’re not busy at all. So she says pull up all to put chicken and cheese on a bun. Clearly they put them in the microwave too long. CUSTOMER SERVICE has went to S*** just as well as the QUALITY. YALL BE THE JUDGE OF THE PICTURE OF THE FOOD AND TELL. Yet she neve le answered the question when I asked would she eat it like that so why would my one year old son. If I could’ve give zero stars l would have.

I usually only stop in for 2 large fries and a large Sprite. My fries are ALWAYS hot and fresh. I love it! SO. . . Today, I decided to stop in for a Deluxe Crispy Chicken meal (large), no tomato, no pickle. Fries were fresh. Aight, bet! Got home, and my sandwich was . . . this. I’m not sure what this is, but it’s not what I asked for, and definitely isn’t worth the $9.17. I was able to get a refund, but I think I’ll just stick with fries from now on. Gave the meal to my kids . . . They ate the fries. #WhenArbysHasTheMeatsButIsOutOfChicken

The food is a bit better than some of its closest competitors. The wait may be a bit longer, but worth it if youve got the time. The interior is decorated in a modern chic style.

My meal was very good, very hot, the only downside was I got the gobbler sandwich with cranberry sauce, next time I won’t. But I didn’t know, I was just trying it for the first time.

Their food is fresh,(or atleast taste like it is)I like the Roast beef at this Arbys more than any other around and trust me there are differences, it is sliced so thin which is better in my opinion. I have always had good interaction with staff who are usually friendly for the most part.

Arby’s on Summit Ave, Greensboro NC. The Manager Tim had his staff to prepare 20 chicken sliders for my snack day at work but when I unwrapped one chicken slider it had cheese on it. My co-worker can’t eat cheese, so the Manager Tim had his staff to prepare 10 more chicken sliders without cheese, no charge. Excellent customer service. I will be back again to order chicken sliders for my parties. Thank you so much ❤️ Manager Tim and Staff, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Used to like this place and customer service….until yesterday! They apparently ran out of Hawaiian buns when I ordered the brown sugar bacon turkey sandwich. I was okay with it getting a different bun type, however management needs to order appropriately for something that’s a new item and expect customers to try it. But what got me most was when I made it to the window. She asked me what I ordered, there was only ONE other car in front of me that was driving off when I pulled up to the window. Like??? There wasn’t even a line. Then the young lady took my credit card from my hand, I handed it to her! She ran it and proceeds to ask if the drink on the counter was a Dr Pepper that I ordered with my order. And then the most inconsiderate thing happened. She hands me my drink, then my bag of food and says, “I put your card and receipt in the bag!” Like why in the world would you do that?!?! Now I have to go searching for my credit card before leaving the window to make sure it’s in there when I HANDED YOU MY CREDIT CARD!!! Hand it BACK to the customer! Oh yeah…apparently this store number isn’t in the database??? Why is that? When you get poor service, the food leaves a bad taste in your mouth. Management needs to train their employees better. Like….why would you put someone’s credit card in the bag with the food??? ♂️
