Ordered on the app, arrived before the shift to breakfast. Told they would not nake the food as they were switching over, and would not refund the order for up too 24 hours. They then refused to discuss it or offer to let me get breakfast with the money I had paid.

☆My family & I grabbed a quick meal as my daughter loves the French fries as much as I do. As automated as the McDonald’s process is, consistency is generally achieved, yet it comes down to the efforts of the employees. On this night, the fries were hot & fresh & the burgers tasty. The Gateway McDonald’s is recommendable & a well managed franchise restaurant.

Don’t come here at night. They sat us in spot one for over 40 min now. Just waiting for chicken nuggets…. Then after me calling and talking to someone who was trying to give someone else their order. They told us our order got forgotten and asked for our receipt. The person trying to find our order was nice and had just come back from break. But I talked to other people who didn’t seem to care I guess. Long story short if you’re hungry after 2 am or get off work and just want a meal after work. You’re better off going to a sit down restaurant. McDonald’s used to pride themselves on fast service, now they hire incompetent people.

Wow. This place was busy and booming. A very professional and kindly woman, I did not get her name, served us. She was wonderful. Very helpful and courteous. My nephew was excited about a Grimace so my something or other. She steered us through the order to everyone’s satisfaction. Everyone was working hard for the Holiday crowd. It was a good thing. I will be back when in the area.

We generally stop at this McDonalds when we’re in town. The time before we had great fries. This time we recieved a mystery soda and some substandard fries. The 20 piece chicken nuggets had 10 pieces. A call to complain resulted in being hung up on, thinking this a fluke, called a second time and was hung up on again. Everyone needs to check that thier orders are right before keaving.

As a delivery driver this McDonald’s is nothing but a pain in the neck. Can’t keep a consistent lobby schedule to save their lives, used to be open sometimes, closed other times. The drive thru is slow as hell, often backed up for 20+ minutes causing delivery pickups to often lose alot of money due to the wait. Then they started leaving the door by the drive thru open for delivery to pick up which helped alot, often still a 5-10 min wait but still better than the drive thru. Now it seems to be arbitrarily random again whether even the drive thru door is open for delivery drivers. This is getting old.
As a customer, I’m getting tired of my burgers being smashed so hard that the sauces end up on the wrapper more than the burger…
Update: 2 years later and the service here still sucks… I walked in to grab some dinner at a very non-busy time, stood at the counter waiting to place an order because the kiosk software is bugged for the particular deal I wanted to use. Over 5 minutes of 3 people in the back looking at me but not coming to assist me, instead just waiting for items to bag up for the 2? cars in their drive thru that weren’t even close to being ready. I walked out and now I guess I’ll go somewhere else for dinner tonight.

Shitty place multiple times have messed up my order. Just tonight I went ordered a medium a large fries and a double quarter pounder . They gave me a large fries the exact same size as the medium. And they have the nerve to charge $4 for fries. I’ll never go there again. I hope they go out of business. Can’t keep fing ppl over .
