This store is horrible. From the cashier who took the order to the manager during this shift, they have shown zero professionalism. The girl who took my order acted as if my family and I were and inconvenience to her day simply by daring to visit the establishment during her shift. It took an extraordinary long time to complete our order and even after the wait, the fries were lukewarm at best. When the manager brought our food out, he put the food on the table, completely ignoring my request for condiments. I went to the counter to ask for them and I had to ask 3 people before someone finally managed to reach behind them and give me the condiments I requested. The store is dirty, with food on the floor and trash stacked behind one of the booths. I suppose the store would look like that considering the manager was slovenly and unkempt, with his shirttail untucked and stains on his pants. He and his employees seemed disinterested and it shows in the lack of workmanship the crew I witnessed today possesses. Nobody takes pride in their work anymore, but more unsettling to me, they aren’t taking pride in my work that brought the hard-earned money that I chose to spend at your establishment over the rest. I’d be horribly embarrassed to call that crew employees. They should be fired and the jobs given to people who want to work.

The food was as to be expected from McDonald’s food, it was hot and came almost as desired. The burgers were made right but the fries were under cooked and lacking a LOT, and they would not serve us ice cream at all during lunch(like I’m understanding but what the H@##)! The person at the counter wasn’t knowledgeable in their app at all so couldn’t help navigating when a problem arose, not very friendly, sort of acted like we were a problem being there ordering food. I could tell they were trying however, just maybe customer service isn’t the job for them.

It’s always made so sloppy. The fries are always barley warm unless you ask for them with no salt because then they have to make fresh. I would never ever dine in between it being so dirty they is mostly very questionable customers. I would highly recommend driving a little further to the on on Broadway.

I don’t expect much with Mcdonalds cheese burger and 2 Happy Meals. But you guys got 1 job to do. Check all the items if it is inside.Both happy meals no toys..I don’t need to ask for this isn’t it??

I should have returned the fries. I have NEVER had Fries from any McDonald’s that I could not eat. I had to throw them out. They tasted as if they sat out for several hours, then they refried them again and sat out several more hours. (I’m not saying that’s what they did, but that’s what came to mind as I tried to eat them)

The fries were fresh & hot. The guy that waited on us was very friendly and customer service oriented. Can’t say the same for a couple of the other workers. The orders were a bit slow to come out. We will never complain when the fries are fresh & hot. The guy even made sure the size we ordered was full!

It’s convenient and the crew is quick accurate and polite. This is added on to the first one. I think that the managers of all three stores are trying very hard to have their crews quick accurate and polite. Last Time I was a the Walmart store and they were in good moods and quick to get my hot and delicious food out. This is my favorite store..

My kids love this place so we stop for them. it’s McDonald’s food so expectations aren’t especially high. Melinda the manager is direct and to the point. She’ll make the customer happy and be done with the problem. 3/4 of the employees are incompetent and should complete customer service courses.

As expected except one small complaint…. I ordered a blended drink of one kind or another here daily for almost a year and more often than not they don’t blend the ice long enough to be a smooth drink but more a chunky iced one and it ruins the 5 dollar beverage.
