McDoubles,, worst i have ever had, but all too common. Patties looked weeks old; thin, chewy and tough. Do these look like a $4 burger? Prices continue to rise out of control while the quality continues to plummet. They were going to replace them, but with what, more leather. Almost 40 years now, and I am dropping McDonald’s for good.
Already submitted information to the link over a week ago the owner just posted below, goes nowhere and nothing changes except where I eat now. I would be embarrassed serving food like this, even for fast food. Owner has no accountability.

My partner and I spent $10.80 for two double cheeseburgers and two small fries, and were disappointed to find hair in one of the double cheeseburgers. Safe to say we won’t be eating there again. Too expensive to be paying for food we can’t even eat.

I have been to McDonald’s 3 times in the past year (2025). The first I waited for online order for 20 minutes in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me. Everything was cold/missing some. The person basically threw my food at me like they hated life and everyone in the world. The second time I did online order it was completely wrong not even close to what I ordered also missing items. I mean COMPLETELY WRONG!!!!. Two ham breakfast sandwiches instead of a sausage egg and cheese Mcmuffin and gridle. The 3rd and last time it was completely wrong again. This was in the span of 2 months. Not sure if the people working are unable to read correctly or simply do not care? This place needs major changes at every shift level. A complete rebuild from the top to bottom. Do not waste your time here.

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Not very clean; no longer self service beverages and napkins; had to wait until an employee was available to get a restroom key. Charged 30 cents for sauce. Charged me 75 cents for a water!! Robbery! Didn’t know they charged for water until I got the receipt. I had asked for two water cups not knowing there was no self serve and they brought me two extra large cups filled mostly with ice. We didn’t really want ice. All we wanted was a couple small cheap cups with a few swallows. We ordered two filet-o-fish sandwiches and one medium fries and was charged $13.00, even with using rewards for one free sandwich! Otherwise, it would have cost almost $20. I guess the $9.99 double tavern with unlimited fries and drinks at Red Robin looks pretty good after this meal! Will go to Burger King next time. I went there recently and got two Whopper Jrs, two fries, and unlimited water for $5 total!!

During the day/evening there seems to be good workers working. At night it sucks. I went to the drive through after work, took about 20 minutes with 2-3 cars infront of me, workers were arguing it seemed like. I ordered 2 burgers and got 1. Overall, i’d recommend going to the Mcdonalds on 9th street. Much cleaner and better workers.

Just so you know I did what they asked with NO follow through on their end.
I ordered on the app Saturday the 10th at 11:30 am. Showed up and went in when app said it was ready. No one at counter, finally someone looked over and I asked him about my order. He said they were just starting it, even though app said come in it’s ready. An additional 7 minutes later order was finally finished. Walked out to car and took a sip of what’s supposed to be Coke and it was Dr. Pepper. Went back in and again NO one at counter. Said excuse me, this is supposed to be a Coke. I had sat it on secondary shelf by drinks. A blue haired dark complexed lady says please throw that away. Literally a garbage can was within arms reach of her and 20′ away by door for me. I said “I am OK.” She said you need to throw it away. I almost took the step in her area, but said “NO thanks, it was your fault you can throw it in the trash. She literally got in my face and told me to never come back here again. Used her finger to so call trace my face and said I was 86’d from here forever. She has my face memorized. Don’t recommend this specific McDonald’s. Especially when they can’t do things correctly or want to even try. Oh BTW they didn’t even put dipping sauce in the bag.

Walked over from my nearby motel, no one at the counter which was fine, I am familiar with the kiosk. Went through the order, was prompted to enter a table tent number, but there were none. I looked for an employee but they were all busy talking about there weekend, so I made up a tent number and clicked next.
The kiosk would not take cards at the time so it told me to take a receipt and go to the counter to pay. No big.
Kiosk told me it couldn’t provide a receipt at this time, so I went to the counter and waited. Employees were giggling and laughing, otherwise engaged, so I tried to go to the bathroom – locked because it’s Oregon and someone was using in the bathroom.
Walked two blocks to the Mexican place and had a huge delicious meal for $11.

I have lived here for years and nearly everytime I go to the 3rd st McDonalds I swear it will be my last…but this takes the cake. Went in tonight around 8:30. The floors at the order counter were SO greasy and gross and the kitchen area had food EVERYWHERE on the floor! The young man who helped me was kind but was wearing DISGUSTINGLY dirty denim jeans that were 5 sizes too big all bunched up with a belt. When I say gross, I mean GROSS! He was CONSTANTLY wiping his greasy hands on the sides after handling the food and NO gloves! I ordered two sundaes and a large fry. The fry was 3/4 full and COLD and the sundaes are tiny! Over $15.00 for that!! Ive thought for YEARS whoever owns that store needed their franchise revoked and cannot accept the gross neglect of that store!! Never ever again!

We are 2 old people used to go to McDonalds for quick food, we don’t get soft drinks, we get water instead, except now they charge for the cup for water. Maybe we need to stop going to McDonalds for food, it’s getting too expensive to get water there.

Workers were rude to me when I asked a simple question about the menu. They never came up to us when we were at the front needing to order. Overall a bad experience here at the Corvallis McDonald’s. Very unprofessional.
