Ordered online delivery with Arby for first time, received terrible small cup of DRY “steak” for 13$. Yes those 2 cups of dog food was 13 bucks. Whoever manages quality here clearly stopped caring long ago
The cheese burger was soggy and disgusting(see photo, had texture of baby food), and brisket burger for 14$ did not impress and was a waste of money.
The fries had good crunch but flavor is so bland!
Maybe got unlucky, but they found a way to mess up every item somehow. Save your hard earned dollars and go elsewhere

Holiday menu on the chicken / turkey gobbler in 2024 was great!!!!!!!!!!! I had purchased approx 30 throughout holiday Nov and Dec. The gobbler in 2025 sucked!!!!!!!!!! don’t know what happened except I was informed that they changed it with cranberry sauce and other ingredients. Never again unless they go back to the 2024 gobbler. Seems that every time anyone comes out with something great, they can’t leave it alone, they always have to change it out. Come back with the 2024 menu and call it the goobler original and the other can be called the gobbler special with cranberry sauce. What do you think?

I live about 2 blocks away , but rarely come here . Why , very inconsistent .
Once I had a coupon for 2 roast beef classics for $5 and I got a large curly fry . The guy working the window wasn’t very friendly , but not rude either . I got home my order was right and the food was like it should be . Now , the time before that I had a Birthday Coupon that was sent to my email and I showed the guy at the drive-through for a free small fry and free small shake . I ordered a Double Beef and Cheddar to go with it . I get home and it has about the same amount of meat as the old Junior Value Size and I check my receipt to call the store and realized they charged me for the small fry and small shake . It even had coupon printed on receipt , but no discount . I tried calling the store and the phone rang and rang and no one answered .
I have had good food here before like the Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich was really good, but expensive and they had 3 different ones to choose from . Roast Turkey and Bacon Wrap is good and the Chicken Salad Sandwich with the Pecans was good . I liked the Smokehouse Brisket too .
Unfortunately most Arby’s seem to be inconsistent , especially this one . One time sandwich has right amount of meat , other times hardly at all . Curly fries fresh once , next time taste like old grease . Most employees seem to have don’t care attitude , almost rude . Just not a good fast food experience .

Friendly service. Inside dining available. The new brisket sandwich is pretty good, and so is the pulled pork. It’s nice to have your choice of sauces. Soda machine for inside diners.
The new fish bites are superior to most any other fast food fish; great corn bread batter! (update: no longer available). The new $5/$6 wings are also very good. (update: no longer available).

I used the drive-thru this time. The french fries were absolutely terrible. The roast beef sandwich was subpar. I’ve had better from this location. But there was no excuse for the french fries that they gave me this time. I don’t know if I will ever go back to this location

This location is very poorly managed. The food isn’t bad. The service is terrible. Their cherry and apple turnovers are fantastic but you have zero chance to get them at this location. They’ve been out of them whenever I stop in to get some so I just quit going.
