11/11/25 Quick breakast stop before the Veterans Day parade. Service was friendly and helpful. Place is bright and clean and I didnt need permission (code) to wash my hands.

Jeremiah took my order and was the most pleasant and professional person I have met in a drive-thru in many many years. Great smile and Great Attitude. And the Manager as well, I forgot to get his name as well. We will definitely be going back often with this kind of service. Thank you.

I went into McDonald’s expecting the same friendly customer service that used to be provided at this location.
Don’t be fooled by the image in this profile of warm, friendly counter service. This location no longer provides that.
They reconfigured the counter area. You’re met immediately by four kiosks at the door.
I ordered there because this McDonald’s sadly has gone the way of all the others in this area and removed the personal customer service element.
The kiosk took my money, but gave me no receipt with a number on it, as it is supposed to.
I waited for my food. Eventually, a young 16-year-old with long blonde hair pops out of the back and hollers a number and sets what I think might be my food on a shelf before quickly retreating out of sight to avoid providing any semblance of excellent customer service.
When I saw no one was going to acknowledge my presence at the counter, I said “excuse me” loud enough to get someone’s attention from the back.
She came back out, I explained that the kiosk didn’t give me a number, and so I have no idea which of those bags belongs to me. I asked her to come and identify if that bag was mine. I didn’t want to touch someone else’s bag to avoid cross-contamination. (Not that long ago, they would have handed the bag to you with a smile and said thank you ). But again, I wasn’t given a receipt to compare numbers with.
She stomped around the front of the counter, reached up, and pointed to the bag and read the attached receipt WITH A BAD ATTITUDE. like it was somehow inconvenient that she even needed to give service with a smile to someone who just contributed to her paycheck. Turning every item in the bag into a SARCASTIC question.
Because of her lack of good service and overall attitude at the thought of going above and beyond to provide service with a smile, I was frustrated and told her that this was terrible customer service. Her reply was to then yell at me. At that point, I just took my food and walked out.
This McDonald’s is far from the exemplary service model Ray Kroc built the franchise on. SMH…

At 10:00 at night there were only four cars in the Drive-Thru I had already placed my order using the app it took 11 minutes for me to get up to the window and get my food the coke they gave me wasn’t even filled up… the hamburger was cold the bottom bun was so tough you could knock on it.
They just were not busy to be that slow with service… not by the looks of the parking lot not by the lobby and not by the drive-thru line.
This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to which is a shame because I’m a real loyal customer but this has been happening a lot lately.
Quality has gone way down, especially here, do yourself a favor and drive up the road to a different McDonald’s if you really want McDonald’s.

This place would be fine, your standard McDonald’s fare, if it wasn’t for the insanely ridiculous wait EVERY single time. 8am, four cars in line and we waited 20 minutes for 4 hash browns and a couple breakfast sandwiches. This is common. I don’t think I’ve ever gone here when the waiting spots are not full. And this happens even when the drive through isn’t busy at all. And it might make me feel better if the food was fresh by the time you got it 20 minutes later but most of the time the fries are clearly old. On the plus side, the staff is always friendly and nice. They just have to look into increasing staffing or something, hot dam those wait times.

It took forever to get our food, like 25 minutes or so. And they messed up a couple things on our order which was pretty basic. Just 2 regular meals and a happy meal. We added cheese and pickles to one sandwich; they missed that. As well as we asked about the pumpkin pies, the cashier said let me check, and came back to let us know there was 1 pumpkin left and 4 apples for the night, we said ok we will just take the one pumpkin… And go figure they put one of the apples in. Which obviously was not what we wanted. And instead of giving me the actual receipt for my order. I was given their DT slip which sucks because since I didn’t use the app to order I wouldve been able to manually add the details with the actual receipt to my app to earn points but, I can’t and it was a 40$ ish order so… Just a little frustrating and especially because they were literally not even busy. There was 1 car in front of me and when our food finally came, and while we were exiting another car had pulled into the DT and was ordering; so just pure lack of trying is what it seemed like. I am not trying to be rude or anything like that, I’m just was a little irritated about it all.

Waited 20 minutes for them to bring out our pickup order only to get cold fries. No napkins, no condiments. Just a box of cold, salted disappointment, and a large fry that was barely the equivalent of the medium fry my partner ordered.

Whoever owns this location should be ASHAMED of what they put their employees through. This location is so abysmally understaffed that I have been parked to wait for 20+ minutes on multiple occasions. Shame on them for wanting an extra buck at the detriment of the staff and the customers. Disgusting

I have ordered from here multiple times and each time there is some type of issue. Whether it’s not filling the fries up all the way, or missing items which happens a lot, or getting a burger with all the ingredients on it when I ask for it to be plain. This seems to become a repetitive issue with this store and I’m not sure why. It seems that the employees are not paying attention to detail and because of it it’s really bringing down the reputation there.
