Yall. Please. It’s been more than once I DoorDash a fillet o fish and twice now I received some dry set of buns with a fish patty in between, the cheese is barely even on the sandwhich, if it’s even on there at all, and why on gods green earth is it that I ask for EXTRA tartar sauce and I get what seems like a poot and crumb of tartar sauce. Mind you; same exact situation with this product more than twice. Please for the love of god I get inflation is rising but people are paying an extra .50 cents for SAUCE, and apparently I pay an extra .75 cents for nothing. Don’t even get me started on the Spicy McCrispys.

Went to get dinner with my family and decided McDonald’s for something quick and cheaper than every where else but apparently today was not a good idea for that. We had to park out front and wait for our food which was odd because they weren’t all that busy but I understood that sometimes it happens so it wasn’t a big deal, but then when we pulled around we sat waiting for our food for 10-15 minutes after parking and then when the kid came out with our food he had no idea what car he was looking for which tells me that they had absolutely little to no communication about what I was in, and then when he finally found what car was mine and asked me about my order he didn’t say what the order was at all he said “is this yours?” So I replied I don’t know what’s the order and then proceeded to tell me the order number that I did not know since I used my mobile app so everything on the screen said my name. I ended up having to turn the bag to read my own order to confirm that it was infact mine due to him not having the correct communication between employee and customer. When we got home to eat the food was barely warm due to him walking around outside looking for the car. Very disappointed in the service and the food.

Not shocked to see their rating is low. I ordered food through their mobile app, they messed up the order, and then told me there was no way for them to fix what they messed up, the best they could do is send me some coupons or I could come in for a refund. And I should try to contact Doordash even though Doordash did their part fine. Pretty lousy response from a multi billion dollar corporation. If you’re outsourcing your delivery and then can’t even fix your mess ups, don’t offer the service.

Employees are almost always rude in drive thru, with exception to a few who work weekdays in the morning. Whether or not you’ll get your food or all of your food is also a regular and big concern.
Today’s misadventure in their drive thru saw me getting home to discover I was missing the food items from two entire meals. I did get the correct beverages and two sausage McMuffins and a burrito ordered though, so it’s not like I got someone else’s order. When I tried to call, their phone line has the horrible squeal of a fax line screaming in the background as you try and talk to someone. If these meals didn’t cost over $8 each, I wouldn’t have left this review. This place is worse than the West Salem location and that’s saying a lot. At least over there, despite it taking 30 minutes to get your food, the people will be polite and you’ll get the correct food.

The management is horrible and rude to staff. While I was waiting in line, I overheard a staff member talking to a manager. The manager was extremely rude and snarly to the employee who was just asking About paperwork That needed to be turned in, and the manager was extremely snappy And ignoring what she was saying to respond in a very unkind and unprofessional way. And when the employee was trying to figure out what happened to her paperwork that she turned in to management a couple days prior the manager basically turned her away and told her to figure it out herself . I don’t understand why, and how management can be so rude and unprofessional with their employees risking their employees to quit because of the treatment that they are receiving when this location is obviously very understaffed and overwhelmed. The handful of times I have been to this location. The food is soggy and cold and very low quality compared to other McDonald’s in the area and throughout Oregon and probably the worst staff I have ever encountered To be quite frank I completely understand why staff think it’s OK to treat the customers the way they do when they’re being treated like absolute crap from their management.

Came in and ordered from the kiosk and sat down. The table was not clean and our fries were not salted. I went up to ask for a couple things and it took a few minutes just to get someone’s attention. Went back up for an item and no one came to help. Food was good otherwise.

The food is fine, but my issue is with the service. I usually will check my bag if my order is a larger one, because as someone who used to work in fast food, I understand that the larger orders are easier to miss an item on. My order was two cheese burger meals, which means I was supposed to get a total of four cheese burgers, two fries, and two drinks. I didn’t think to check the bag as I only ordered two things (my fault, I suppose). I get home only to find out we are missing two of the four cheeseburgers, but got everything else. I went back and the workers gladly gave me my two cheeseburgers, but I had to wait in one of the parking spots for them for several minutes before receiving my two cheeseburgers that I originally didn’t get. I wasn’t offered any kind of compensation for the mix-up or wait time, but at least I got what I paid for except… The fries. The two large fries were only about half way full, and you couldn’t even see the fries in the pouch from the outside. I will attach the pictures. I don’t believe that’s how many fries should be in the container (none were in the bag), unless things recently changed. I am disappointed in this experience, and I wish for others to have a better one. 🙂

An actual perfect burger, perfectly cooked, whoever assembled this is fantastic, this is the best McDonald’s burger I have ever seen or tasted! I hope they keep putting this much care into their work, I really appreciate it the effort, and I hope others follow their example

The Mexican lady with the pink vest on I think she might be a manager was rude. She seemed to be in a bad mood and was annoyed I asked for sauces !! Get a new job if you hate it so much don’t work in customer service
