My wife and I went to this location earlier today and used the drive-thru. I ordered the quarter pounder with cheese meal and Alice ordered a plain hamburger, we parked in the lot to eat, while sharing the fries. I noticed my burgers texture was wrong, but thought it was just a tough onion, but once I finished my third bite I took the bun off and noticed the wrapper hadn’t been removed from the burger patty, how did they even cook the patty without noticing, UNBELIEVABLE!!! I immediately walked the sandwich into the store where the older lady in charge advised me that it’s definitely NOT recommended to be consumed. I replied with, well I already ate several bites, she honestly advised me that one option is to call 911, are you kidding me??!!! She showed the crew and the cook even came to the front to apologize. I feel like the service was pretty bad. The cashier was talking to. Worst McDonald’s and im not one to complain but literally sat there for 20 minutes after ordering 1 sausage mcmuffin and im literally watching people ordering and leaving with big orders and the staff keep walking by ignoring me saying 1 second. Acting like they are busy with customers and will get to me when they can. After it died down they finally go how may we help you. I said I just want my order I placed 24 min ago. Super disappointed in tonight’s visit. Ordered some cheeseburgers for the family, and didn’t realize they have a ketchup soup option now. Whoever is on the grill needs a lesson in presentation.

I normally order the Double Cheesy Jalapeno Bacon Quarter Pounder with Cheese (they really need to rename that) with 2 extra patties and no bacon or bun (I’m diabetic). Today I ordered 2 Triple Cheeseburgers with an extra patty each, added Cheese sauce and Jalapenos. It was basically the same thing (a lb of beef) for $7 cheaper.
I had to wait for my unsweetened tea to brew, but it was quick and they brought it too me while I was eating.
The restroom fixtures were nice in the men’s restroom, but it wasn’t clean. There were even dried boogers on the wall, by the urinal and an unknown substance on the baby changing station. You have to be buzzed in to use the restroom, which is a safety measure many businesses have adopted to reduce the number of overdose deaths in restrooms since Oregon de-criminalized most hard drugs in 2021. Standing outside for 5 minutes will make it very apparent why this was necessary.
The staff was friendly and the dining area was clean. Unfortunately there were a half dozen people who were visibly under the influence of SOMETHING in the parking lot, begging for money. One of them was even shooting up as I pulled into the parking lot…
I’m not sure how much they can do about that, so I suppose it’s more of a gripe about the city.
Would I recommend this location? Probably not. Traffic is always VERY busy around this location and the vagrants make it very difficult to enjoy your meal. The staff is great, but if you’re in this area I’d recommend the Lancaster or Devonshire locations over this one.

Corporate need to look into this very seriously they had hair in all my food and they need to be taking this seriously this is disgusting yes they made my food again but still need to brought up I saw multiple woman workers not having there hair up at all only a few were but they need more training classes

Over half of the games were broken. All the pictures added look like fun, but are either physically obviously broken or have a tag on them. Even some of the ones that we put money in I did not have a tag on them took our money and didn’t do anything. And all they had staff to do was put an out of order sign up, maybe. Very dilapidated. They are really letting this place go. I know recent times have been hard and I try to stay understanding of that but these guys have stopped trying. Go out South to Donatello’s.

Stood in line over 10 minutes just to place our order, then waited another 26 minutes for our food to be brought to the table. When it finally arrived, everything was there but it was cold, not even warm. Really disappointing experience.

If three hungry people showed up here with unlimited money, they’d all starve. I’ve been here 3 times. First time I got a refund more than 30 minutes later because they hadn’t even started cooking my food. Second time it took 23 minutes and I had to complain again, and literally point to my food bag on their counter and ask them to give it to me. Third time there were zero other people in the store and it took 15 minutes to get my food, and I again had to ask for a refund before they gave me my food which was apparently sitting on their inside counter.
This seems to be one of those locations that clears all the orders to show them complete, just to make their numbers look better to corporate. So if you order in store, you have to actually complain and have an argument to even get your order. Worst McD’s I’ve been to ever
