Have not been to this location for a while. The breakfast used to be really good, butnot the case today. Ordered Big Breakfast with Gravy, the eggs were dark yellow and dried out, must have used hot sausage instead of mild it burned back of throat from spice. Biscuit was more like a hard cookie and the coffee tasted like was made few days ago and reheated. I hope others didnt have same experience i had. There is standards for food service and this time was nowhere close to it.

Out of the many Braum’s I have visited, this one has cooked their hamburger and chicken the best! Great Job! Their speed of service was also very fast for the quality of food being so good. Very impressed by all the workers here!

This was my first time at a Braums and I ordered the double cheeseburger and a chocolate milkshake. Both were delicious and the milkshake was exceptional… I could tell the ice cream was a very high-quality. Rich and chocolatey. Yum Yum Yum.

I came in at around 8:35am on a Saturday to get a 1/2 gallon of milk. The man in the grocery section didn’t just look like he was havin a bad day. This guy looked downright hostile. The entire time he was ringing me up, he was looking at me like he wanted to kill me and then himself. At the end of the transaction he said, “Have a nice day.” But I can’t help but feel he meant the opposite. It really threw me off not gonna lie. Was not prepared for that level of ill-will at Braums. Will avoid this place like the plague in the future.

My kids and I went here and had gotten ice cream. I ordered the turtle sundae but they gave me cake with it. They had me pull forward but when I got it again they gave me the wrong ice cream when I had asked for butter pecan and not vanilla.

We were traveling and came across Braum’s about 30 minutes before closing time. The whole place was very clean. The employee who took our order was very patient and helpful. All the food was hot and fresh. It was a little weird to have a mini grocery store attached to a fast-food restaurant ♀️. I’d be interested to go there during the day and see how that works out. I’d also like to try other menu items. Very good.

By far the most disgusting food establishment that I have ever seen. Counters are filthy; floors are littered with food; soda machine had unknown substances all over it. And then the gal who I think was the manager, proceeded to walk thru the food prep area holding a large plastic glove dropping something. I put my ice cream in the trash and walked out. Whomever runs this place should be ashamed.
