This place needs serious help. The food has been good every time I have come here but the cleanliness and wait times are very poor. The last time I was here I had to wait 15 mins for my order during my allocated 30 minute lunch.
Not to mention the people here don’t seem to care about their jobs and would rather shoot the breeze in the kitchen than work on orders. Also the cleanliness of the lobby and bathrooms is just plain bad.
I really hope the improve considering my job has me in this area often but as of now its a below average Mc Donalds – which is really saying something.

The manager came out in the dining room to greet us. She was very friendly and we discussed the mean male manager over on Hwy 99 and how we hated him.
The restaurant was spotless at lunchtime.
The extremely poor design of the man who did the dining room: the chairs don’t move!!! They are set at angles and bolted to the floor. This is not a bad neighborhood, and I’ve never seen this is a McDonald’s. There were only two booths, so this is inconvenient and bad design.

Last 3 out of 4 times we have used the drive through, they get my orders wrong. I say no onions, they put onions on it. They have given us the wrong burgers.

I only have service 3 stars because the lifist of been new at the 2nd window. Had to go back in he forgot my grandsons happy meal. Just yo be clear the young man at the first window was a delightful fast and smiling guy. He was busy but he was still professional, and very pleasant

I GOT MOLDY BREAD. Please be cautious and check your food before eating it. The worse was how they acted. No care in the world that they gave a customer moldy food. I went back to the store and they were not apologetic whatsoever. Instead of giving me a whole refund for my order which was only two McCrispy sandwiches they only cared to give me a refund for THE ONE SANDWICH THAT HAD MOLD. The least they could have done was given me a WHOLE refund!! THEY LITERALLY GAVE ME MOLDY FOOD!

It use to be fast food. And they would get your orders correct.. now, 1 out of 3 orders are wrong. The food is barely warm. No customer service, and maybe 1 person actually speaks English .. which is why most the orders are wrong. It’s sad.. we use to live mcdonalds.. now maybe every 3 or 4 months.. mcdonalds doesn’t have the same standards anymore..
