Went through the drive thru, person was impatient with me from the start. I ordered my burger with no pickles, no onion. I can’t eat uncooked onion, or anything that touched it, due to a medical condition, so I guess I don’t get to eat lunch today, which is also bad for my medical condition. Thing is…I can’t afford 2 lunches.

Placed an order through the app for inside pick up. My husband gets there and its marked that we’re there and that the order is being made. I immediately get a notification saying the order is ready, which there is no way since it was a big order and and literally 10 seconds passed. There was no order to be picked up and after a couple mins, the app changed the status to prepping so I just thought it was a glitch. Fast forward 15 mins and still no food. Ask about the order and get literally no response but he walks back and I’m assuming that he’s talking to whoever. Fast forward ANOTHER 15 min and I am now informed that they dont have my order and it needs to be resubmitted. So now waiting almost an hour! I normally don’t leave reviews but its ridiculous and both out locations in Woodburn have these all the time! And whats further irritating is that the order will probably come up wrong somehow. Already been a very long day and I’m just trying to get dinner home to.my family. Like I said, I normally dont leave reviews but today I’m just done.

My order was taken thru the kiosk. I got a ice cream cone and mcflurry. Waited for 15 minutes. Everyone that ordered after me (6 people) all got their meals first. Not right! I wont bother going back there either. Will just go someplace else next time with that type of service.

Right off I-5, a good stop for a snack. The bathroom stalls are a dirty though, tp everywhere on the floor in one, and also in the other as well. The bathroom is mediocre at best, but it’s clean without looking in the stall. The food is average, service is slow though. Overall nice, but nothing too notable.

I listed one star bc no stars was not an option. This is not about your staff, it is about the fact that you do not have a place for your customers to get napkins, forks ketchup etc. I stood at the counter which btw has one place with a staff member to take orders. We ordered from the self serve kiosks, which I hate but whatever, it took over 25 min to get our food to our table. I have a gluten allergy so I ordered a burger without a bun and needed utensils. There were no napkins, utensils, ketchup or fountain for drinks. You have to ask for any of it! I stood at the one counter for 5 min waving my hands and speaking loud to get anyone’s attention. Nothing. Finally I just went back into the kitchen and did the same thing. Finally someone noticed me and said you can’t be back here. I explained I needed utensils and ketchup. Still no help just you cant be back here. If you trusted your customers to get their own fricken utensils and napkins then your customers would not have to track down the staff for ketchup or a fricken napkin. Someone finally took pity on me and got me what I needed to eat. If you are trying to save money on items usually offered like napkins. Just stop and put that stuff back where a customer can get it easily. Your staff are too busy to help fine then put out what they need. Awful experience.

COMPLETELY, FUNDAMENTALLY DISHONEST. BLACKLISTED – I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. Used the app for special on fries, app says “we got your code” and they proceeded to charge me full price. Manager came and fiddled with the register, the guy at the window quoted me $4.09, I gave him my electronic payment method and the receipt he handed me says $6.09. I’m not playing this game anymore, franchises are blocking the app, I’m blocking the franchise. Good riddance. FIND A DIFFERENT STORE, THEY’LL DO IT TO YOU TOO.

Waited more than 10 minutes in line to pay for my order inside. There was no cashier. THEY were busy doing the doordash orders. The cashier that was at the register came back from lunch, then she started running the register. They need better organizational skills, like the McDonald’s by Mt. Hood. They are way more organized, and staffed. I’m a very patient person, I’ve worked customer service before so I know how hectic it gets. But, it was just ridiculous!
