What has happened to McDonalds…. Ordered at the kiosk and they were out of all chicken sandwiches except the nasty McChicken or the deluxe Mc$$$, how disappointing. Ordered a med fry that was half empty for $4. And waited, and waited…. of the 3 or 4 people that came to the front counter not one asked if I had been helped or needed anything.
You would think with the prices they are charging they could at least give some decent service and give you full order of fries.
Good bye, wont be back.

This place has gone so downhill, they used to be fast and accurate. Twice now they have asked me to park and wait 5-10 minutes for normal food items. I got a refund after waiting 15 minutes 2 weeks ago. This morning I ordered a steak egg and cheese, after waiting 7 minutes I drove off. Don’t waste your time at this place.

$4 for a medium fries! Worst part was, carton not full and they were undercooked and limp. I guess this is why I only eat McDonald’s once a year. The kid who took my order was very nice.
Update: received a generic response with a link to McDonald’s feedback form. Considering all of the 1 star negative reviews from others, I didn’t bother. McDonald’s are franchises, and with this location disappointing their guests over and over, the owner simply doesn’t care…

Do not eat at this restaurant my husband and I went through and spent $45 for dinner and all the food was stale literally stale, and this chicken sandwich smelled like it had spoiled!!! When I called the manager, he didn’t apologize. He didn’t offer to give us new food. He literally sat quiet on the phone and said well you can call corporate…… in these day and age spending fast food is expensive. The last thing that I a person wants to do is going buy food for their family and spend as much as $45 and have stale food and a manager not do anything to try to correct it to apologize or do anything, but just sit silently on the phone I am taking this to YouTube and I recorded the conversation and I’m gonna play it and let’s see what McDonald’s corporation have to say about that manager at that restaurant because it’s absolutely ridiculous. Do not eat here. It will make your family sick.

Whoever took my order somehow managed to confuse it for an entirely different item than what I had asked for. Wasted 15 minutes waiting in line only to have to explain to that employee what came with the number I had asked for. How is it that I know the menu better than the employee? Not only that but how do they manage to confuse me by asking me if I had gotten some other thing 7 times, each to which I corrected them the same exact way. The entire time I was tempted to say screw the food and just go home from how annoyed, bothered, and frustrated I was. Do better or hire people who know how to do their job. Waste of 25 minutes

you know I just wanted to get a little something to eat no biggie didn’t eat breakfast this morning and Mcdonalds was right there. I’m genuinely applaud at what they call a (crispy chicken sandwich) LOOK AT IT FOLKS… CAN YOU TELL ME WHAT’S MISSING ON THIS SANDWICH? only thing half way decent was the chicken itself, how can you even call that a sandwich in the first place? I don’t enjoy eating fast food only when I have no other options.
And as I stated in a previous review being without a home per day I don’t recommend a steady intake of fast foods.
