This location needs a new manager point blank period. There is ZERO structure. I get that they’re busy very very busy but that’s why you need structure. 35min wait for mobile orders, orders always wrong, customers walking in and ordering getting their food way before mobile orders, front register girl doing like 3 different jobs when there’s more than enough ppl for everyone to have a station and make it more smoothly. Secret shop this location and you will see what every bad review is talking about it’s an horrible experience! And fix the front soda machine it taste terrible. McDonald’s is supposed to be fast food. This is not fast and it’s no wonder your employees get yelled at. It not right that ppl yell at them but understand the frustration when we’re all waiting around for something that should be simple painless and easy. Nothin will probably change cuz it’s a busy location and the owner getting paid regardless but it’s horrible. Coming from someone that’s in customer service I will never yell at your workers but the way this store is run YOU are putting the workers in danger to customers that don’t care!

This McDonald’s is a pretty good place for just a one floor restaurant but I have to say when I walked in it was so busy with only one cashier and 2 girls getting the orders and filling them. I’ve usually always gone through their drive through most of the last 29 years on a weekly basis bcuz my awesome dog loves their ice cream cone .. But tonight I just wanted to get a snack with my dog and I have to tell you there must have been at least 12 people in line in front of me and almost left but within 5 or 6 minutes the one girl at the register was ready to take my order and white getting my phone to tap pay they were already calling my number that my food and drinks were ready . Unbelievable and Unbelievable fastest I’ve ever seen in any McDonald’s in Hawaii with 1 cashier and 2 people getting the orders out as fast as they did and yes my food was hot and not all messy I thought it would be. And on a Friday dinner time. Amazing 5***** if not more. I will recommend them to everyone and all these years going through the drive through I don’t think I’ve had a problem with any of my orders. I can forget the gentleman who was cleaning tables as he walks past asking if I needed anything else and if I did don’t hesitate to call him and then he wishes me to have an awesome night. Ordered for curb side pick up on the app. Pulled into a stall and confirmed it on the app. Watched cars pull into the other stalls, receive their orders and leave. 20 minutes go buy and about 4 cars later I asked an employee about my order. He said he’d check on it. Another 10 minutes go by and not a word . At this point I am aggravated. I check on the status of my order on the app and apparently it was completed. Now, I was pissed. I walk in and go up to the counter and immediately ask for the manager. An employee standing there asks me what I needed ( in those words ) and I respond with,”my order”. She checks the monitor and its not there. She checks the previous orders and sees it was closed out. Now I am floored. Not so much because of what transpired, but because of how it seemed like I was now an inconvenience from the moment I walked in. There body language, tossing the bag around like a rag doll and not a single apology.

Every time we order McDonald’s through DoorDash from this particular restaurant, our order is always wrong. It’s not just one or two small mistakes, it’s a consistent problem. We’ve had simple things messed up, like forgetting to remove ingredients we asked them to, or not adding things we paid for.
Sometimes, they even use/give the wrong ingredients. Or just forget to give it all together.
We would understand occasional mistakes but this happens so often it feels like the staff isn’t paying attention.
We don’t call to complain to the store because each mistakes aren’t a big deal, but the fact that it happens every single time is becoming a real issue.
Honestly, the workers should focus more on their jobs, especially since their pay doesn’t seem to match their performance.

The service is fast and I really like how cheap it is. Cashiers and staff are very friendly. Great place to get to know others who are also dining in too. The filet-o-fish is soft enough for elderly ones to enjoy and the cheeseburger is quite decent as well. The dishes can be simple and easy to enjoy.

I stopped by to get a cup of coffee, and use the restroom. Everything is always clean at McDonald’s. I love that. I have not eaten McDonald’s edible food-like substances in decades. Eat an people!

Do not go here. The lines are inexcusable, the staff rude and slow, and go forbid you go to the drive through you will be sent to a parking spot to revive soggy items in approximately 30 minutes. Has happened to to many times, and I have given so many chances, but simply do no go here. A waste of time and money, moreso even than you average McDonald’s experience. I would rate -5 if possible

I ordered in Mc Donald’s Big Breakfast with the Hotcake at kamehameha shopping center here in honolulu hawaii for take out and they gave me a wrong order, my 6 yrs old son was so upset because he really wants the hotcake instead, my fault is i didn’t check the food before we left the store because my son he wanted to eat at our house instead and the uber driver is on the way in 3 mins. i know people make mistakes but as a food crew/ manager they have to make it sure that they give the right order because customers pay for the right price ♀️ ♀️ ♀️ they have to double look if it is right order or not before they passed it to customer.. i hope they more productive next time and the management need to call their attention regarding this matter..

Tonight I walked up at 11:20pm and the dining room was already locked! The hours of operation stated that the dining room is open M-Th until midnight! I knocked on the door and the manager refused to come to the door! That’s false advertisement! I wouldn’t have a problem if it was like 11:45pm. I worked in the food industry for 20+ years and understand that when it’s slow to close down early. My gripe is that the manager wouldn’t even come to talk to me! I hadn’t eaten all day and just wanted to grab a quarter pounder, fries and a cup of coffee! I wasn’t going to grab that and go home!
