Atari Sushi 2 is a nice quiet spot for a nice lunch or dinner. Clean and organized with plenty of parking. The Negimaki was well prepared and a good portion for the price. The service was good and the bathroom was clean.

The food was amazing, service was stellar we will definitely be going back. We started our meal with a Saporro, mushroom – asparagus and beef negamaki appetizers. They were very good. For dinner we had sashimi deluxe and sushi and sashimi combo. It was very fresh, very beautiful and very good. Can’t wait to go back.

On Valentine’s Day, my fiance and I went here. The food was FANTASTIC, my waitress was FANTASTIC. We were lucky enough to be the last table to get sushi. At around 8/8:30, after they sat people they told them the sushi bar was down. It was just too many to go orders for a small place to keep up with. The waitress handled it so so so so so well. Our sushi was taking a long time so they brought out another salad for us. It really was amazing.

Came for lunch on a Thursday and it was quiet inside. Sushi rolls are melt in your mouth fresh.
Had 3 rolls and a salad with ginger dressing for well under $20 after tax and tip.

Finally had the chance to try this spot! We were not disappointed! Waitresses were attentive and friendly! Food came out quick and fresh! We got 3 rolls and chicken katsu (not pictured). Managed to beat the weeknight dinner rush but still had a good amount of diners. Will definitely be doing takeout in the future!

I’m not really sure about the service or the atmosphere since I ordered takeout but they were really fast. The food was very fresh and delicious. The scallion pancakes were the best I’ve ever had. Light and flaky! The Hamachi Kama was delicious and had a lot of fish on the neck! The Maki Combo C was great! The only thing I didn’t really enjoy was the miso soup. It was kind of bland and there was nothing in it. And the salad could be better also. But I was definitely happy and I will be back!

DELICIOUS! We hadn’t gotten sushi in Fishkill for a while and didn’t realize that a new spot had opened near Starbucks so when we spotted it yesterday, we decided to get a couple of rolls. Got the “Fantastic Roll” and it was FANTASTIC! Also got a Mango roll which was tasty and fresh too! I’m so excited to have a new spot in Fishkill to get fresh sushi!
