I visited the Nanakuli McDonald’s on Sunday 20th of Aug 2023. The cashier must have been new. She was friendly and courteous. The service in the cooking area was SLOW!! It took 30 minutes for my order. I didn’t understand why it took them that long to cook a Fish-fillet sandwich!! I would give service a 0!! (Cooks)

I give this over all 2 stars because thus McDonald’s seems to charge more for the food than any of the other McDonald’s around. Breakfast for myself and 2 kids (3 egg and sausage mcmuffin make with OJ) came out to over $50!!!

I’ve waited for 20minutes for my order that has been neglected right in front of me which was only missing a frap. I asked why was my order not being processed and the lady said with a straight face “can you switch to a different order since we ran out of frap.” I wont recommend this store. plus their empoyees are so slow and not moving with the sense of urgency.

Nice McDonald’s. Kept clean. Make your own drinks here. They have 3 order and pay here machines. Staff was nice and courteous. It sometimes gets crowded at lunch time that is why the pay here machines are good. Would come again.

If i could give less stars i would. Food was very poorly prepared they didn’t even gave us some of the items that came with the order. Like fine maybe some missing fries common mistake ,but missing fries ,a whole 20 piece combo , and mixing a vanilla shake with some other drink when the order said vanilla only is way over the top. You can clearly tell the employes do not want to work there.

Picked up curbside. Took about 15 minutes till I got my order delivered to me in stall #3. The person parked next to me in stall #4 got their order, the same time as I did; in only 5 minutes after they parked. Something is Wrong!

This place is up to par with the other clean and well organized McDonald’s. I came when it was busy and I really didn’t want that long considering how long the lines were inside and at the drive thru.
