Refused to give me the bathroom key/code. I asked a group of employees if they could provide me access to the bathroom shortly after I received my order and they all went silent. The person who originally took my order laughed and then said that the bathrooms were closed. They wouldn’t provide a reason to me. There is heavy construction around the building however I watched multiple people use the bathrooms with no problem. Couldn’t help but feel like it was personal/discriminatory for whatever reason.

We stopped by today via drive thru to grab some breakfasts to enjoy at the beach. We ordered two breakfast platters, two hotcake platters and a mcgriddle. The lady manager (wearing red shirt) handed me the food. Upon checking, the platters aren’t closed and food inside looks slappy. Typically when you order a hotcake, it comes with a butter and a syrup but I’m missing the butter so I asked for some. When we get to the beach to enjoy our breakfast, we we’re surprised that we only get one pair of utensil out of 4 platter orders. On top of that, the lady manager (wearing red shirt) was rushing us to get out of the drive thru. Very dissappointing experience. I hope it won’t happen again and to other customers.☹️ @Kihei McDonalds

I have ordered by app. When I went inside to pick up my food; there were 4 workers ;turned their behind to counter watching something on the phone. I said ‘hello, hello, hello’ 3 times ,nobody cared. I used high pitch tone ‘hellooooo’, they turned with an attitude. All i want was salt. Not cool guys. I should not facing your backs when i come to restaurant;or just go inside to watch it! It is not your own restaurant and i do not have to wait for you to finish your drama episode!

Familiar place with local twist. Where else you can see life chicken running around and eat it too LOL just kidding. The usual McDonald’s menu with local addition such as local platter of spam and Portuguese sausage serve all day. Unlike burger king, McDonald’s on the island accept all McDonald’s apps offer/coupon. Definitely try the local platter

They’re redoing everything so the drive-in is closed you cannot eat inside so it is to go food only, but the service is Fast and the people are friendly. There’s construction going on around you but it’s easy in and out

Very good food. Clean, make sure you order a local dish. I really liked the Local Deluxe Breakfast. I have not had Spam in years. Like that the rice balances out the salt in this dish. I’m not a big fan of soy sauce but the HI make one is great.

Ordered a crispy chicken bacon ranch. There seemed to be some confusion at the window. They kept asking what I ordered. The order was delayed. Unfortunately I was in a different town when I unwrapped it. No lettuce. No tomato. No cheese. No bacon. No ranch. Just a slab of chicken and 2 pickles inside a bun that looked like it was toasted in a different zip code. Not what I paid for. Really disappointed
