To be candid, I’d pretty much stopped going to McDonald’s because the food wasn’t that great. This time was very different. I arrived to this location with no trash to be found in the parking lot. I was greeted at the door with a smile and asked if I needed any help. I ordered via the kiosk, but couldn’t recall how to use my code and someone jumped right in to help. The food was ready in about 3 minutes and the order was correct even with my special requests. The dining room was very clean and the temporary out of service signs were gone from the soda fountain. I watched as staff looked under tables and swept the crumbs from prior guests as they left. No one said anything to them, they just did it. I must say, I am impressed. I’m sure I’ll be more willing to take the kids the next time they ask.

Out of all the fries in my life, this McDonald’s fries unexpectedly made it to the top of my list. They were super hot, crispy, salty. Perfection. The nuggs were great too. Never experienced food this good at a McDonald’s.

There’s a sign on the door requiring you to sanitize your hands before entry, but the disinfectant wipes are all dried out.
The eating area was clean, and the service was reasonably fast even though the drive-thru was really backed up.
The self-serve drink station is also closed for some reason.

Very busy drive through and dining room. Food quality was notably high for a McDonald’s. Pies are fried! Local pie flavors not found anywhere else

Sat in line for 30 minutes to pick up our pre- paid order! Build a separate window for pre-orders or tell customers there is a long wait and we should go inside to pick up food. We were on vacation and on a ship that we had to get back to at set time. We had to run to see the waterfall and raced back to car!

Big and clean, very quick for pickup orders. Went there everyday for three days when I was in Hilo. The cone was huge haha thanks! I loved the taro pie too, have to give it a try! It’s only in Hawaii

They get my order wrong nearly every time I go. They don’t even refund you, instead making you drive all the way back to get the food that you paid for, which they’ll probably mess up again. Don’t even bother unless you’re willing to sift through your bag in the drive thru to make sure they didn’t miss anything.
