Ordered and paid through app, staff tried to overcharge me an extra meal. Luckily I caught the error and after several attempts to explain the issue got a refund. Check your receipts if you use the app. Better and cheaper to drive to the one by Don Quijote in Waipahu.

I think this is the best McDonald’s I have ever been to. No joke. The place was clean, the tables up kept, and the woman on the register (Ana) was really on point. The team worked well together and our order was absolutely perfect! All our food was made to order and fresh/hot. With a really short wait time.

At 4:42 on Wednesday February 8th i placed a order. I happily seen order 760 appear on the screen In Progress. Two minutes later it disappeared. People where picking up orders placed after us. At this moment and time I knew my fries where cold and suffering… somewhere. I wasn’t sure if I needed to put out an amber alert on my order. Twenty five minutes later my food appeared. Lost and disheveled..
