Brutaly Honest
Food is ok, they have thier own bfast that has spam and slices of sausage, and RICE YES! And comes with eggs that are not overcooked and very fluffy. But the eggs doesn’t have flavour but then they gave you salt and pepper for that and soy sauce.

The absolute worst McDonald’s. I’ve had several run ins with their “manager” Jenny. She is so sassy and will argue with you. They also make you order and park Every. Single. Time. I’ve even done the mobile option to drive thru and pick up and they still make me park and wait! What’s the point of mobile orders then?! Sadly, this is the closest McDonald’s to my home.

After ordering from the Kiosk, I found out the machine was out of paper to print my recipe. After 15 minutes, I have to look for someone inside to ask for my order. One of the employees who looks like the manager told me that she started working on the kiosk order. Waiting for another almost 10 minutes, finally got my order. When I asked for a copy of my order receipt, the employee said she didn’t know how to do it, pointed to the order receipt tape on the bag, told me that was my receipt, and walked away. And then, for the second time, I asked her again. This time, she called the manager, and I got my receipt. Checking my order in the bag, I found out I don’t have all the complete condiments I need. I don’t have my cream and sugar for my coffee. I end up using the fork I use to eat my McFlurry. I come to this branch a lot, but this is not the first time this has happened lately. I will not come to this McDonald’s branch anymore; this will be the last time.

THE MANAGER HANDED MY DRINK AND SHE SAW THAT THE LID POPPED OFF. INSTEAD OF TAKING IT AND PUTTING A NEW LID ON SHE TURNED AND LEFT ME WITH A DRINK THAT WAS NOW SPILLING ON MY HANDS AND SIDE OF MY CAR. SHE TURNS AND ASKS IF I NEED A NAPKIN! I HAD TO ASK HER FOR A NEW LID BECAUSE THE ONE THAT POPPED OFF WAS DAMAGED. SHE HANDS ME A NEW LID. DOESN’T HELP ME PUT IT ON. AND TURNS AWAY AGAIN!

I HELD UP THE DAMAGE LID THINKING SHE MIGHT TAKE IT OFF MY HANDS BUT SHE ALREADY TURNED AWAY AND WAS TALKING WITH ANOTHER WOMAN. I THE THE LID INTO THE WINDOW. SHE TURNED AROUND AND SAID I’LL CALL THE POLICE. I SAID GO RIGHT AHEAD. HAVE A GREAT DAY.

For this visit, I went there and had myself a vanilla ice cream cone. What I like about this particular location is how quickly the drive-through works. They are basically a well oiled machine here and that is exactly why I come here. I use the drive-through every time.

McDonald’s in Hawaii just hits different. Order from the secret local menu and grab a Portuguese sausage breakfast platter. They also have spam if you prefer that! Both are so good!

Their dine-in was closed DUE TO construction, besides that.. all in all everything else was great. There was a little bit of a wait, but I was in no rush so it was no problem by me 🙂

My order came looking like a mess. The only thing I was satisfied with was the fries. The drink is not filled, and the sandwich looks like a mess. Plus, they charge 2.49 for mac sauce. It was convenient to go there on my way to work. Not any more.

Figured I would try this McDonalds for breakfast. Slow service. Used the kiosks and grabbed a number. Didn’t even bring the food up to me. Why would you have the numbers if you’re not going to use it? They forgot my drink and didn’t give it to me after I reminded them twice. Forgot condiments as well. I was not going to go back in line and ask for condiments cause it took so long just to get one drink. I know they are doing their best since it was breakfast but come on man. Terrible service. PLEASE, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.
