Burgers are not my favorite meal, but I like to celebrate and get the half a pound burger “deluxe” once in a blue moon. Nevertheless, what I love about McDonalds are the awesome workers and their lovely faces and their friendliness. That is why I rated 3/5th on the food because I am a health obsessed person. Whereas, service and the atmosphere are a 5/5 here at McDonald’s Laulani because of the brilliant and lovely workers.

This was a great McDonalds to go to. A gentleman named Cody helped us at the window and he was very pleasant and kind. Its nice to be helped by good people. Thank you to him. The food was also very fresh and we didnt wait in line long. Great McDonald’s to go to!

Went through drive through. Wanted a caramel sundae, haven’t had one in quite awhile. They have gotten smaller and much more expensive. Still like I remember but melted faster.

Honestly, of all the McDonald’s I’ve been to this place has it the most together. The staff seems relatively happy and helpful. They keep the restaurant and grounds clean. Its VERY busy cause the other McDonalds is…well, not this one. So be patient. Never had an issue with my orders here yet and I come here at least every other week for either a quick breakfast grab or afternoon snack.

The worst customer service ever! The employees at this location could care less by making you eat their cold expensive food when they made the mistake of giving you the wrong order then not answering the phone leaving you having to drive back to get what you paid for. Then treating you like you’re ripping them off!! Unexceptionable. Here’s a pic of your stupid fries that spilled while driving back to your lousy McDonald’s where the management wouldn’t give fresh fries or a refund because the box was missing some while the rest of my order was cold and that’s all I asked for having to go all the way back to get what I paid for! Now I want all my money back!!

The past 12 times I have ordered a burger from here, they have gotten my order completely backwards. The grill slip has exactly what should be there and it’s backwards. When you order through Doordash or go through the drive-through it is incredibly frustrating to come home and have something you didn’t order so many times in a row. At this point I’ve literally thrown over $100 in the trash thanks to this location.

This is, by far, the best McDonald’s on Oahu. It is newer and has a very updated, clean interior. There is plenty of seating, the free WiFi always works, there are lots of outlets for those needing to knock out homework, and the play area is spacious. It is kept very cold in the play area, so the kids don’t overheat! Very nice touch!
The play area is a seven stories encloser with two slides, a jumping device, and lots of open space for running. It also has a bathroom right there (super convenient!). They close everyday from 2-3 to clean the space. Also, they’re fairly strict on the sock requirement (understandable given the spread of childhood illness like Hand, Foot, Mouth!)—pairs can be purchased for $1, though!
I love that they have several order boards. It ensures there almost never a line for food, and they’re very quick to bring out your order.
Very friendly staff—they seem to enjoy interacting with customers! That’s a nice plus for this adult interaction-starved homeschooling mom!

How does someone forget to put the patty in a double cheese burger – twice? These guys get paid $15 an hour too.. they should hire a QC manager! Clearly there are issues at this location.

This McDonalds had two self ordering stations! But I came to try the cheese and bacon fries. One size for almost $4!!! Crazy. They added too much cheese so next time I would opt for cheese on the side.
(I still think I prefer the original)
Side note: Their icecream machine IS working; however, no chocolate dipped cones today.
This location also comes with a playground for the keiki— make sure they’re wearing socks!
