Excellent service- attention to details, remembering order modifications. Refilled drinks and checked on us several times. Sushi, sashimi, miso soup were awesome! Tempura shrimp roll was great. Northern Lights roll with Masago added was super yummy too! Lovely presentation on each item. Nice dishware too.

Excellent presentation on the sashimi, however fish was dry and way overpriced. Maybe its a Denver thing, but in my town its only 20 bucks for better quality and quantity. Here it cost 45 bucks and besides the awesome presentation was not worth it.

I actually ordered this via DoorDash. I almost never eat out anymore because food quality at so many places has gone down so much and the prices are so high. Kobe is absolutely an exception. While I paid more than I typically would for a meal like that, it was well worth it. Everything was made correctly with real care, tasted fabulously fresh, and they even included a side salad and a miso soup. I’m very picky about fried rice, and theirs is definitely one of the best I’ve had. The fish in the sushi also seemed very fresh. The best part is it came in this cute little reusable, foil-lined tote bag! Very impressed and will definitely eat here again. Take it from a SUPER picky person about quality, you won’t regret it at this place.

Love Kobe Sushi. I am obsessed with the bento box, I always get the teriyaki salmon. The staff is amazing and they make me feel at home. Super clean and cool decor. I try to dine here at least twice a month. Recommend to family and friends.

Here visiting friends and they took us here saying it was one of the best in the area. I must agree is was great!! Came here for their lunch specials and was not disappointed! Great sushi for a local spot. Service was great as was the overall experience! Would recommend to anyone looking for a good sushi spot in the area!

Best sushi I’ve had in NoCo. It’s hard to find good sushi in a landlocked state, and being from a seaside state, standards are high. The sushi was fresh & delicious! Lots of options for sushi on the menu. The spot has primarily sushi options, but there are also some other items on the menu like tempura, noodles, fried rice, along with a number of appetizers. The presentation of the sushi & sashimi was also really good. I loved the small boats with the dry ice for larger platters of sushi. The atmosphere was nice, the place was clean, and the service was quick and friendly on the evening we went. We ordered the Sushi platter 2 as well as an appetizer for dining in and a Bento box that we ordered to go. The Thai tea was good, strong tea, and not too sweet like a lot of places tend to do. The decor was nice, the music playing was not too loud or distracting. Our waitress was very attentive. We will be back to try some other options on the menu. Highly recommend for sushi & sashimi.
