Got 2 apple pies both were still frozen. Went back the guy said I can warm the ones you have or make new ones but it will be 12 minutes. His attitude obviously said he didnt want to take the 12 minutes to make me 2 pies. Nice service…..

So I walked in at 10:25 am there is a elderly couple in front of me and I hear the lady behind the counter tell them they still have 4 minutes to order breakfast. They ordered then the lady goes to check on a door dash order comes back and ask for my order. Me looking at my phone knowing its 10:29 the lady tells me breakfast is done. I ask for a manager and a lady comes up and says hang on let me check. Nope they already switched from breakfast…..im like the old couple hasn’t got there food and your telling me I cant order breakfast. You know McDonald’s you suck you dont care about your customers you dont care about the quality of your food. Your just to big to fail…….

Never have I ever been to a fast food joint where I got refused for a refill. Also they don’t have a soda fountain out in the lobby like WTH man whose idea was that you have to purchase a new drink to get a refill. As I was leaving last night I wanted to refill my son’s drink before we left 6year and a 3 year old. Do better

I have never had to write a review before. I despise it. This has been an ongoing issue for me at this location. I have worked in customer service all my life and this location by far has the worst. It is absolutely ludicrous. Time is very important, and I don’t think I am being unreasonable, because I have never had to write a review before until today.
While the staff is always all smiles. I truly can’t believe that they continuously drop the ball on me every time. The very first thing they will ask me going through the drive thru is “Hi, will you be using the mobile app?” The service was quicker when I didn’t use the mobile app. I would at least get my 2 Double Cheeseburgers in timely fashion. Why are you going to ask me if I’m using the mobile app if you’re just going to send me to the front of the store anyways. I might as well have just walked in. Not just one time, but several times. It has become so much of an issue that I will actually click on my phone saying that I am there 10 minutes prior to my arrival. Still, today after 10 minutes of saying I’m there. With no cars in the drive thru, I was told to pull around to the front for 2 Double cheeseburgers. I’m sure if you look in the McDonalds manual, it should take a max of 3 minutes to produce. Maybe if they were busy 10 minutes right? You would think, but no I will get sent to the front of the store and told to wait an additional 10 minutes. What happened to fast food? At this rate, I could have gone to Walmart bought a grill, set it up, and cooked my own double cheese burgers, and eaten them before they got me my double cheeseburgers. It’s happened so many times that I joke with my girlfriend about it, she didn’t believe. I told if it happened they were going to hear my wrath. She laughed, jokingly I called her as I’m going in to the drive thru after 10 minutes of saying I’m there of course. I had a glimpse of hope when the cashier told me, “She had that ready for me and my receipt would be at the first window” I got my receipt. I also received notice that I was the lucky winner who had wait. I’ve probably lost a full work week in the year that I’ve worked by this location just waiting on the world to change. Please fix it. It’s not the ice cream machine, the drive thru and the mobile app should not be broken. Thank you. -The City of Yuba City.

highschool kid doesnt repeat my order at the window and charges me for the person behind me. since it was on card he got his manager who said it would be refunded and made me pay for my order. after paying i sat and waited for 5 more minutes before the same highschool kid walks back up and starts repeating the car behind mines order. i told him i havent even recieved my food yet after paying and waiting. got home and theres missing food, and no sauce for my nuggets. few days later both charges go through and they say they cant do anything since i dont have the reciept for an order that wasnt mine. get it together.

I ordered on the mobile app, I went in and picked up my order. I get out to my vehicle, open it up and the correct order is listed on top of the food tray for the big breakfast but what’s in the big breakfast is not the same. I ordered no pancakes and an extra sausage patty. I got pancakes and no extra sausage patty. This is why people laugh at them when they say they need $25 an hour.

This McDonald’s is horrible. They make you go to kiosks to order which is fine, but then when you order and you get your mill. It has burnt chicken nuggets, and they didn’t give you a receipt at the kiosk. And then you go get A. Refill because of the dry food that they serve. And they say they don’t give a refill first McDonald’s. I never saw that does not give A. Refill on your drink and they don’t advertise it on the kiosks if I were known. I would of bought a large drink. And the people that work there are rude.

Was clean and ok service but i ordered the new deluxe bacon buffalo ranch McCrispy and got home to see they totally forgot the bacon and hardly gave me any sauce on it. Was my first time trying it so pretty disappointing
