This location is lacking in several areas. Including customer service and wait time. Even not considering all that, they’ve removed their sweet chili sauce which is a PERMANENT menu item that’s supposed to come with McCrispy strips, but they have completely removed it from DoorDash recently. I call that false advertising imo.

The dine in area is very clean compared to some other McDonald’s in town. The service was very fast and friendly and I was helped quickly at the counter rather than one of the kiosks. It can get very crowded in the drive through during lunch hours, but I was there around 11:30 am and it was not bad. There is a pretty good amount of parking and 2 lanes in the drive through that merge into 1 lane. I only marked the food a 4 because it’s fast food so I cant give any of it 5 stars, but it’s good for the standard quality.

I’d like to write about the service, I was served by Kaylee. she was sweet and very thoughtful! she made sure I had every order, drinks, and sauces. To whoever her managers are please consider her for everything she does, she’s fast, sweet, and great attitude. Brought my coffee back because it was cold . Employee was combative didn’t believe me. Every time I get coffee at this location it tastes bad or is not hot enough. This location needs a big improvement on the way they make coffee and treat their customers.

Ordered a pretty simple meal, a plain cheeseburger and fries. When I paid and pulled up to the second window they told me to pull up front, as they were waiting for my “PLAIN cheeseburger to be made”. The lady recited back to me that it was plain, yet when I got it after waiting an extra 10 minutes it was not plain, I made it simpler for them to make and it took them extra time, and still did it wrong after I had my order repeated back to me correctly from the first and second window.

I ordered through the drive through and they gave us the wrong sauces that we specifically ordered, the wrong size fries and no quarter pounder like we ordered, went inside to ask for the quarter pounder and they asked for the receipt and the bag and when both were given the manager she claimed she packed the bag herself and that there was no way she missed the quarter pounder. 0/5 stars if possible, steer clear.

I simply asked if I could have my soda with half Diet Coke half Dr Pepper and they told me I couldn’t do it when I go through and get it every time I’m confused. Is this a new rule? Simply don’t understand why they couldn’t just put a splash of Dr Pepper in my soda…

Went on a Sunday at 1125 am with my family to just pick up 4 Egg McMuffins from the drive-thru. Waited in line for 15 minutes with no real lines forming… just cars cutting in line at their leisure. Get to the order board, and was promptly informed they were OUT of EGGS… on a Sunday!! Then, proceeded to order 4 cheeseburger Happy Meals with 4 Coca-Cola’s. Paid the money via card, pulled up, and received our “Meals”. The sodas were filled 70% with little to no ice, 1 meal was missing fries, 1 meal was missing a toy, in 2 meals the cheeseburgers were falling apart with more ketchup on the wrapper than on the bun, AND the toys were not the ones advertised. I took pictures, which do this experience no justice. I have a strong feeling that this happens more frequently everyday.
