We’ve been going to Filomenas for many years now. It has been our go-to place because of the exceptional quality of the food. Lately, we feel as if it is less than exceptional. It seems as if they’re taking shortcuts. The new fried calamari appears to be prepared rather than home made. The eggplant rollatini was dense and somewhat chalky. In addition, we could hear employees, workers or managers arguing. This also happened the last time we were there. I find that totally unacceptable. If I wanted to listen to arguing I could have stayed home. I’m sorry but that after many years I don’t think I will be running back. I will have to add, that the young man who waited on our table was excellent and attentive.

We arrived after a family funeral. We were just about 30 people and agreed to have a third server. The bill arrived and seemed high but didn’t really think about it, it was not itemized. Paid billed, then questioned why so high, our family member was told that we agreed to pay for 50 people. We did not, we were told that a third sever would be needed for groups around 30. We knew we would be close and had 29. They charged us for 50 people and took advantage of a family that just laid to rest their son. They would not negotiate and refused any type of refund or discount. This is terribly unfair. Now the food, my flat iron steak was very good, you could only get medium, no other option. My wife likes hers med rare, so she chose the chicken francaise. She said the lemon tasted imitation. Overall she was not thrilled. One basket of rolls, we asked for more and received some bread. The service was too quick, they were efficient but seemed like they were hurrying us out. Always heard good things about Filomena’s, and its been awhile since last time I was here and now, I have no plans of ever returning. There are much more better and fairer choices.

We came here for a night out with a large group of friends, and overall had a great experience. The inside is nice, though it does get pretty busy around dinner time, so be prepared for a lively atmosphere.
The food was good and the staff were attentive, but the real standout was our server, Carol. She went above and beyond to help both myself and another guest navigate the menu with our food allergies, making sure we felt comfortable and taken care of. Her attention and kindness truly made the night.

We had a terrific experience at lunch. My favorite part of the meal was Tony funning me when I got so hot.
The setting was perfect, it allowed for plenty of conversations and our waiter Ryan was extremely patient and professional.
I was impressed with the bathrooms, they were exceptionally clean. The manager on duty was touching tables and making sure everyone was comfortable and being satisfied.
Overall the experience was fantastic and I am happy we chose this location for lunch and chat. The company, the staff, the food and the ambiance definitely left an ineradicable impression on me.

Im not a certified food reviewer but the service here was outstanding. The food was something that would cure the soul. I don’t recommend ordering any alcoholic beverages though, they were very pricey for the quality but the food was absolutely chefs kiss

Went here recently for a baby shower, they do have a separate area that was nice for this kind of event. The food was very good, the service was excellent. Lots of parking, a very nice setup for the bar and it looks like they have an excellent wine selection. I definitely want to go back here to eat just a regular dinner. I’ve been through Berlin a lot but this is off the beaten path; it’s between route 30 and 73 on the connecting road. Make the effort to go there It’s worth it.

We made reservations for a birthday dinner and the room was crowded with 5 other parties. We couldn’t hear each other it was so loud. Our waiter was forgetful and had too many parties to attend to. The food was not that good either, most of us didn’t eat half of our food. I didn’t pay for it, but I know it was not worth it.
