This is supposed to be a spicy chicken sandwich. It was dry or dehydrated and worst thing, look at the close up of that chicken Patty. That doesn’t look like real chicken meat At All!! Never again will I order that from McDonald’s!! I am attaching what a real chicken sandwich should look like! Not dry and not pressed- it’s Real meat! Way to go Popeyes!

The workers were nice, but you could tell that they were having a hectic afternoon. It was so loud in there and they were all confused on who’s order was who’s. The woman taking my order was talking so fast she kept confusing her own self with what my order was, and you could hear the people in the back asking which orders to give out.. when I got to the last window, they still weren’t sure and said which bag is mine … Sometimes the slower you take things the less mistakes you will make ..I get you are on a time table, but take your time and move through it slower-One star for the quick service, one star for the freshness of the food and one star because I’m feeling good

Idk if its a short staffing issue or what but it tale a while for you to get some help at the counter. I have no problem using the kiosk but I just wanted to get a drink and the cups are in the back. Employees avoid eye contact to avoid helping you.
