Cheap owner took out the soda machine because he lost a few hundred bucks to people getting refills and charges even for one sauce packet.
The store makes a large profit and is in a nice neighborhood yet the cheap owner needs to charge his customers for basics. You think a multi billion dollar company can afford to give its customer sources after they make a purchase but I guess not.

The last 2 orders I got from this location came with hair in my food.You would think it rarely happens yet here I am smh. I walked in to see why and nobody is wearing a hairnet, employees joking around where the food is being prepped, touching their hair/visor/hat. Disgusting business

Ordered two quarter pounder meals the other day and the meat was still raw! Then today I ordered breakfast online at 10 am and they canceled my online order and said sorry we’re not serving breakfast anymore. Yet they serve breakfast until 10:30. Definitely won’t be getting my business at this store anymore! If I could give negative stars I totally would!

Anyone Ordering thru the APP, I recommend you to pick up your order at the counter!! Make sure you aren’t missing anything. I just stood in the front to make sure I had all my sauces ! The staff was helpful and there to make sure I had my needs met ! However I asked for a cup for water and well I didn’t know are cups for water tiny now ? It’s as small as those mini apple sauce cup

My girls where so happy to play with the screens. We played tic tac toe. We were there for a few minutes because we were driving upstate. The restrooms were nice and clean. The food as always was great. My coffee was a little bit warm instead of hot but to be honest I drank it so quick. The girl on the counter was not happy at all. She was not smiling or anything. She didn’t even say good evening or anything. I smiled at her a couple of times and no response lol. Anyways hope she is happy now.

Went to this location at 10:49, they refused to serve me and closed 11 .minutes earlier than they posted on the windows. How can you close 10 minutes early? I get it if someone came at 10:59 but that’s not what happened tonight.

If I could leave one star I would. Arrived to the window at 10:55pm tonight with a mobile order pick up in place and was told they are closed when online and in store states closed at 11pm. I literally seen a worker at the drive thru window just standing there doing nothing. Ridiculous and can’t even get a refund in the app I have to call now to get a refund. Terrible service terrible everything. Not returning to this location.

McDonald’s large coffee is the perfect size and taste great. The coffee pairs well with everything. The manager and her crew were in sync and so were the customers. The environment made me smile.
