So today afternoon I order McDonalds for myself and my daughter. I placed my order through the Instacart App (Uber Eats). I usually only do this when we’re sick which we are recovering from the Flu! Anyways… I noticed my daughter’s apple slices were missing which was a bummer for her but the app credited me a couple dollars for it. But the later on I finally go grab the apple pie I ordered (not opened yet) and it’s some red type of pie…. Very annoying at this point. The whole point of me ordering my food online and to be dropped off is so I don’t have to leave and take my sick daughter out the house! I go ahead and call which took 3 attempts for someone to finally answer the phone! It’s some young girl that picks up. I asked for the manager and she claimed she was a manager which I highly doubt because of the way she answered the phone was unprofessional but if she is one then she obviously needs to improve her customer service skills… I asked for her name but she refused to give me her name. So the thing is I asked because if I were to come back this McDonalds to get my ordered fixed I would want to talk to the same person to avoid confusion and make it easy but instead she hangs up on me and then blocks my number from calling!! So at this point I’m very annoyed and frustrated. I go over there, in drive through requesting to get my order fixed. I then see a young girl or teenager giving a mean look out the window so I’m assuming this was the girl on the phone. But instead I’m greeted by Emil who had a manager badge on. The girl was hiding behind him and kept looking at me from around the corner. So I’m still assuming she wasn’t the manager and knows she was wrong to hang up on me.. I explained to Emil my frustration and the situation. Emil listened without interruption which I appreciate. He quickly resolved the issue by giving me the sliced apples and apple pie. See how simple that is?? She could’ve easily resolved this for me but instead her immature behavior led to it being more difficult and upsetting. I appreciate Emil for stepping in and taking care of the situation! But I do not recommend this location and wont be going back. If you are in the Roseville area I highly recommend the McDonalds off Harding Blvd, I rarely have any issues there during the day time! Hope the store manager sees this and has a talk with the staff!

This Mcdonald closes at 11pm. It was around 10:40 pm when I ordered a Big Mac with extra Meat patties and extra sauce. They gave me a ton of extra sauce which was great but there was no meat patties. Not even the original 2 it was supposed to come with. I’m not sure if they did this figuring they would be closed by the time I noticed or what because who forgets to put meat on a burger. I don’t even know how to get refunded for just meat. Do I contact corporate about it?

My burger was raw, wrong sauces, missing apple slices for my daughters happy meal. Waited like 30 mins on the drive thru.Worst of all I did a mobile order so I can give them time. Since they always take so long. One year ago I found a long hair on my drink. And when I first moved to this area I literally found and acrylic nail inside my bag(3 years ago)This was the last time I come here! Just drive down the street to another location.

Im already feeling sick from this. I placed a mobile order, there was no one in line in the drive thru when I arrived. The girl at the window (who serves us all the time) all of a sudden couldn’t pronounce the quarter pounder, she kept saying “quart. Quart. Quart.” In some weird accent I’ve never heard before. I had no idea what she was trying to say, I asked her if she meant “quarter pounder”, she nodded yes, turns back to grab the bag and says “please pull around to stall 1” in the best English you’ve ever heard. Im not sure why we had to pull to the front of the store for her to literally walk out the door 30 seconds later, again with no one else in line.
Get home take two bites and everything is raw in the middle and it’s inedible. One would think of you asked someone to pull out front hood actually make sure you cooked the meat thoroughly.
Last time I’ll ever order food here again. Just $1 cokes from here on out
