We had such a great experience at Buffalo Wild Wings thanks to our server, Kenna. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She took the time to tell us all about the BWW app and how awesome the rewards and perks are — we had no idea how much we were missing out on!
She also gave us incredible recommendations based on what we said we liked, and every suggestion she made was spot-on. You can tell she genuinely cares about making sure her guests have a great time.
We’ll definitely be going back just to support her. Thank you, Kenna, for making our night so much better!

Horrible experience and the food was awful. I don’t know how they call the wings that were brought out “wings”, they were super tiny and extremely dry. Couldn’t even eat them. The service was terrible, waited an hour for wings (there were two of us) and we were one of three tables total in the entire restaurant. All the employees were sitting at tables on their phones the entire time. This place has completely gone downhill and I will never go back again.

I’ve been to this Buffalo Wild Wings many times, and almost every time there is no one in the lobby, even when the restaurant is not busy. The place has plenty of space, but the employees seem unresponsive and not responsible. Customer service really needs improvement.

Wings are a random assortment of dried out mini wings and splintered bone pieces. We love bww, and order once a week, but after using our points tonight, we are done with them. Out of 20 wings, there were 7 micro sized pieces with no meat. Disappointing because we always loved them, but this has been going on for the last couple of years.
We decided to give the Westport location another try tonight. All I can say is wow. This is ridiculous. See updated pic with size comparison to a regular drummie, and the bone exposed with no meat. This is horrible. Why are we paying for this?

Boy oh boy where to begin. Normally, my partner and I are extremely hesitant to visit Bdubs locations in our area, most in the Louisville area are filthy or/and are extremely slow even when completely dead. This location tonight however, changed our entire outlook on future experiences. The outside had signs mentioning of a new remodel – so we thought’d we give it a chance. Upon entering we noticed this place was SPOTLESS and I mean it was CLEAN. The surroundings alone was enough to make me wanna give 5 stars compared to other locations. We get seated and the wonderful Thomas is our server. Attention was paid to us almost instantly upon being seated, he was extremely prompt with service bringing our drinks and taking our appetizer order. For our appetizer we ordered the ultimate nachos and they were tasty and very well presented – we both highly recommend this app as it’s satisfying both in filling and in taste! I ordered the boneless wings and Thomas was quick to inform me that it was actually BOGO night and that I could take advantage of that offer if I’d like so obviously I did. Both my partner and I ordered the BOGO boneless wings so we’d have them for lunch the next day. Our food was brought out quickly hot and fresh and our drinks never ran out courtesy of Thomas. Overall we had an extremely lovely visit and will make sure to go out of our way from now on to visit this location again! Thank you for the great experience!

My son and I walk in, make eye contact with the hostess. She turned around and was gone for 5 minutes
We decide to sit down on our own
I order a cheese steak … they don’t have the hoagie bun so they offer to make on other bread
Rather than the 8-10 hoagie the bring out a 4 inch bun
When I call it out she argues it’s the same
Come on man
I don’t have to come here and give you money
Treat people like guests spending their dollars. Don’t bother sending a response telling me to go to your site …. Just care

Food was great as usual, but it did take awhile to get it. Waitress was pleasant. The space around us was not very clean. One of the staff members needed a shower and should have deodorant on hand as well.

Got a Togo order to get home and find the wings very over cooked and dried out on top of some really small wings. Serving food like this I will continue to go back to roosters you all have a lot of catching up to do.

The fried cauliflower wings are to die for (I asked to make my extra crisp), and they don’t mind substituting them for other stuff. For tonight, I got the pizza bar Pizzeria, and instead of putting chicken, they substituted the cauliflower, and it’s to die for. I came yesterday, and I’m back again today. What that tells you, and I’m picky. The service is freaking awesome. The waitress, each time, was freaking awesome and very attentive to the customer’s needs. Sorry I didn’t take a picture in the beginning, I’m just getting you some second pictures of photos for reviews
