This is the 3rd time that I have been there and the food is terrible. My mcchicken was burnt the bun was burnt and the big Mac was cold and soggy. I called and the manager on duty said they don’t serve bad food and if I don’t like it look on receipt and call the owner. Not I’m sorry and I will fix it. She was rude. This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and I was a manager of one. This store does not serve properly or double check orders. How can you actually serve a burnt piece of chicken. Does the manager on duty not watch or pay attention to the staff. Thank you patty

Takes forever for anyone to help you at the counter every single time I’ve walked in. But still my go to McDonald’s I’m very glad they’ve created the $5 meals deal because I had stopped going to McDonald’s since they’re prices had gotten outrageous but they’ve got me back with the small fry 5pc nugget spicy mchicken and small drink for $5 … totally worth it when I’m hungry perfect amount of food for 1.

Older review: Just bought a medium iced mocha, and I couldn’t believe it was gone with a few sips! The cup is full of ice! I’m not a big person and I drink slowly but this drink was done far too soon!!!! McDonald’s selling ice! Not happy:( get light ice if you can, I ordered thru app, didn’t see that option
And the meat is getting thinner and thinner, wait at a parking lot took 15 mins instead of 2-5. And it’s not the first time.

My daughter did the app We went through the drive-through and picked up the order. It was 2 meals. Went through the drive-through, picked up the order. It was two meals. The lady was saying something to me at the window. And I was telling her, I didn’t understand what she was saying. She hands me the bag with the food. And the burger was wrong. I tell her the burger is wrong. We check the othcheckedndwich and that was, wrong. She starts talking to someone in Spanish, and she tells me to give her back the food that was wrong. And I was like, for what are you about to give it to the next customer? The food was in my car. She sets it on the counter right next to where the orders were being set. I was like, look, she’s going to put that in somebody else’s bag. She didn’t get rid of it. She didn’t throw it in the garbage, and then when they made the food, it was so sloppy, I was over it. I would never go back to that store.

Daniel at the front was rude. I asked him for ketchup and he rolled his eyes and when he came back he slammed the ketchup packets on the counter. even the customers behind me saw his inappropriate behavior and didn’t even want to order anymore. i understand the place may have been busy but doesnt mean you have to mistress your customers. There’s ways to handle when being under pressure. Do better.

Horrid. If I could give one star I would. Placed an order 10 minutes earlier so it would be ready when I get there and they couldn’t find it until I showed them the order. And only then did they start making it. Horrible service. Go to another McDonald’s or dont go at all. Find a place with better service.

Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal and this is all I get. Was charged a few cents and the “cheeseburger” didn’t even have cheese. It even smells bad. To bad I noticed once I got home. This place is getting worse. Would definitely not recommend going there. Rather go to the one in Walerga Road.
