Food quality is terrible. Ordered a breakfast sandwich, and the whole thing, including the wrapper, was covered in old grilled onions. Kiosk never gives out receipts. Dine in guest are at the bottom of priority list, sometimes waiting 20 minutes for 1-2 items. They removed the soda fountain. Prices went up. This is no longer McDonalds. This is a place for people that hate themselves.

Easily the worst food from a McDonalds I have had in the past 10+ years.

We ordered 2 Double Quarter Lb’ers and fries and all of it was just awful. The meat in the burgers was so overcooked and/or old, that it was actually hard to chew. If I had to compare it to something, it would be a dish sponge. Just horrible. I could hardly tear the meat by hand it was so tough. The fries were undercooked and nearly inedible. All of it went into the trash.

I did a mobile order and picked it up in store, the place was empty. I could understand getting it wrong when you’re slammed, but they weren’t.

Its a shame it was this bad as we live very close by and were looking forward to some convenient dinners.

Avoid. Im sure there are other locations nearby who actually care about food quality. With the prices of food right now, its the least they can do for repeat customers.

My son had a slumber party and we decided to treat the group to McDonald’s breakfast. $76 and some change later, we get home and find that all 16 hash browns were drenched in oil so bad that they were stuck inside the wrapper. As if that want bad enough, not one item we purchased had any Monopoly game pieces on it. Definitely a disappointment. I called to speak to the manager and was informed the game pieces are first come first serve and they don’t need to notify customers that they aren’t getting game pieces. Lame.

Thought it would be fast to order on the app. But not at this McDonald’s. The last three times, I used the curbside pickup, and it took almost 20 minutes to get my food. The third time, I had to walk in and get my food. They left it sitting on the back counter, getting cold. So today, I ordered for counter pickup. I go in and again, they are clearing the drive-thru while my food sat in the bin. Me and another customer had to wait for her to even notice us. She took the time to clear our orders, but not the time to serve them. My order showed “now serving” for over five minutes, while my food sat there and got cold. I watched cars that pulled in behind me go through the drive-thru before I got served. When I mentioned that the orders shouldn’t be cleared until we were actually being served, she took the time to argue with me and the customer in front of me, yet still couldn’t take the time to put our food in a bag and give it to us. She even stopped and took the time to call her GM and question if she was right to clear the orders, but she couldn’t take the time to hand us our food. What is wrong with people? All you had to do is serve the orders in the same order that they came up, instead you cleared the drive-thru and argued with your customers inside. I am in customer service so I would like to think customer service isn’t dead, but at this McDonald’s it is if you don’t use the drive-thru.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, restrooms, parking lot, drive thru, great variety of food items. No play house for kids. Kids menu and chairs. Large area for seating. Disabled parking section. Clean location and easy to see off hwy.
