Just stopped at the drive thru here to grab a bite to eat on our trip. To start they were extremely slow, there were 2 cars in front of us – one at the window and one ordering. We had to wait at the box for 5 minutes before someone took our order. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit and was given a bacon sandwich instead. We asked for a couple of butters and they couldn’t even find any, it’s normally a standard thing with the platter breakfasts so I don’t understand why they couldn’t figure out where it was.

I went through drive thru at 9:35am today to get my free coffee reward and ordered 3 biscuit and one hash brown. Unfortunately my order was not correct which I have no problem with. Two female workers were very rude and interrupting me when explaining what I was missing. She continued to hand me the incorrect items. One was a manager w the blue shirt, blonde highlights and the other was just a crew member. The fact it was a manager too, idk why she got bothered at ME, it’s not my problem ☠️☠️ it’s YOURS that you got it wrong.

Needed a quick cup of ice for my bottle and they didn’t even charge. Excellent customer service. THIS is how you treat customers. If you’re coming over the bridge using Google Maps, don’t listen to when it says turn right, or you’ll end up on the 99 south lol.

ordered curbside, bag was not sealed, not even folded, so when the bag tipped over in front of the person delivering car side I was met with “I am sorry that happened” instead of some new GD fries. when I asked the manager about it he literally said “what do expect me to do about it” this was after I pointed out the lack of lettuce for the 70¢ they charge for added lettuce. he VERY begrudgingly added a small amount of lettuce but refused to replace the fries
