If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I do not usually complain but man today was just bad. My snack wrap tasted terrible. Got to half of it and it tasted undercooked I spit it out! Go to taste my child’s nuggets & just as disgusting. I went to go try to get at least new COOKED food but I stood at the counter for a good 5 mins, with employees just walking past me as if I am invisible. I ended up leaving & I’ll be calling customer service directly! These last few months at this place, the food and everything is just bad. Tables are not cleaned, the kids play place are disgusting too! The bathrooms were gross, no soap in the soap dispenser. I am so grossed out. This McDonalds needs better service, cleanliness & food service!!! No pictures added because I was so disgusted I just threw everything away!!!!

We are here with our grandchild and have noticed how filthy the play area is. Yes the kids are having fun. Yes the food was typical just fine. But there is no cleanliness in here whatsoever. Their equipment hasn’t been washed down or sanitized there’s so much dust bunnies and dirt everywhere. I would think that a food industry would care very much about cleanliness even for their little customers

By far the worst McDonald’s in the area. They rush you through your drive thru order and tell you to pull up before they finished entering the order. Doesn’t give me a total at the window or a receipt. I got to the pick up window and got drinks I didn’t order but missing 1/3 of my food. So I asked them to read it back to me and they said they didn’t charge me so I had to pull to the back of the line which was now about 10 cars or go inside while the rest of my food was getting cold and melting. Crew inside avoided the counter. I ordered the food that was missing and paid and they all walked away. Did not offer to replace my melted ice cream or at least the ice cold French fries, also only got 1 sauce for my 20 piece. Called to talk to a manager and he sounded completly insincere and like I was bothering him so I just hung up.

Multiple times the past two weeks my order has been wrong or incomplete. When I asked for the correct items i receive an attitude from the drive through staff. Coupled with the long wait times. I no longer will spend my money at this location .

Second time to this location. Simple orders and short drive through lines but takes forever to take the order. Use app for $3 large french fry and received this sorry excuse for large french fries. They were cold and soggy almost not cooked. Practically received a small fry. Had me pull around front to wait for the fries and this is what I waited for? Waste of time and money. The rest of my order was also cold as if it were sitting.

Disappointed in the food. Didn’t check the bag until I got home. The large fry wasn’t filled. And the 10 piece nugget only had nine pieces. The manager was able to resolve the issue for me when I called. I appreciated that.

Update: it’s been 3 weeks and the “manager” that said she would resolve the issue, never resolved it. This location definitely deserves its 1 star.

I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget at around 12:23pm today 9/27/2022 in the drive through. So I open one of the boxes to eat. Cool it’s fine. Open the second and not cool. Long blonde/grey hair in the food! And it’s covered in the breading so it definitely went through the cooking process. Photo attached. I’m disgusted. Tried calling and no answer at all. Do better Kansas. This is disgusting.

I live close by and it was one occasion that I was in a hurry to go work. I ordered one simple coffee, The opinion, the parking lot to wait which was ridiculous. I refuse to weight there and I asked for my coffee. I was running late.. The person get upset next time when I went there again. Ordered a mail for my boys and I they sent me to the parking lot again and I will more than 10 minutes. I have to get out of my car to get my foot. The third time I went that again request a ice cream in a mail for my son, the lady close the window on me after she gave me the ice cream napkin . After she gave me, my sons smell, she close the window again, without asking or being kind at all. Quit experience. Of course I’m not going back.

Ordered my food, asked if the fries were fresh, he said fresh and hot, I pulled around front and went in because the fries were luck warm and nasty, the big Mac and crunch wrap was not good either. For what I paid for this cold food, I could’ve went to a restaurant cheaper. Manager acted like he didn’t care and no sorry, it was like, oh well to him!
