We recently visited this McDonald’s ( Tully and Standiford)for breakfast and had a mixed experience. I ordered via the app and received a notification that my food was ready, but upon arrival, I still had to wait an additional seven minutes. It seemed like there was a communication lapse in the kitchen. Once we got our food, my husband found an eggshell in his breakfast sandwich, which was off-putting. The manager apologized and I had to ask for a refund as one wasn’t offered, which was appreciated, but it was still disappointing. Additionally, I ordered coffee with sugar and cream, but received it black. My husband used the men’s restroom and the sink was broken (out of order sign was posted), and the worker who entered didn’t wash his hands before heading back to the kitchen (because the sink was broken). When I mentioned it, the manager acknowledged it but didn’t seem to address it thoroughly. Overall, the atmosphere was fine, and the prices are typical for California. The staff was polite, but the overall execution could have been better.

Employees that take orders and serve are great. But who did this Big Mac? Smothered with sauce that caused the patties to slip out. Food is usually spot on. Fries sometimes seem old though. Big Macs are usually 9/10.

Went to the drive-through on 10 /12 /25 We had an appointment so I went through the drive-through for a quick breakfast had to repeat my order twice to the girl at the drive-through window and she still completely messed up my order instead of giving me two egg McMuffin meals she gave me two sausage and egg McMuffin meals had to tell her the size of the beverages twice and didn’t get that straight. Gave me cream in my iced coffee when I ask specifically for no cream completely screwed up the order it’s amazing that these people are paid $20 an hour and they have no idea how to do their job. I will not be Going to McDonald’s from now on the fries and or the hashbrowns are always cold even if you ask for them fresh for the price as they charge it’s a total joke when they can’t even get your order straight ridiculous!!!!!

Literally came here for a smoothie, nothing else. Waited in line forever just to be told go park at #1 and wait even longer. I don’t know how hard it is to make a smoothie but now we’re sitting at number 1 for daysssss while I watch people come and go

Nice place but they don’t take responsibility for their mistakes and blame the customers.
Edit: The company itself reached out and helped amend the mistake.
Normally for this location all employees are nice and the food is hot and fresh.

I ordered a happy meal and large fries for my granddaughter. I usually do to the McDonald’s on Dale, but decided to try out this one. I used for the first time, the mobile app to order with curbside pick up. The person who brought out the order was very courteous. I was very disappointed though with the large fries. They looked more like a size small and they were barely warm. And no- not a single fry had fallen out into the bottom of the bag.

Came here and had to use the kiosk device to order our food. No staff around. Also soda machines are behind the counter so you need to find staff to refill. Aside from the delays and loud hs kids, place is okay but not too welcoming.

Callie (Don’t know if i’m spelling it right) was amazing. I’ve been collecting the Hello Kitty Ninja Turtles toys and told her which ones i had, she grabbed all the ones they had and showed me, multiple times too. Great customer service, very kind!!! It made my day.
