I had the lady at the drive thru lie to my face about an item that was on a deal I wanted off the app because she said she didn’t have enough chicken nuggets for a 20 piece. So I tried to change my order to something else and then she said we don’t enough nuggets for a meal deal either which was only 8 nuggets. I wanted a refund so instead of giving me a refund they actually were able to fulfill the order I wanted through the app? lol so they must of magically had enough. Seems they are not wanting to promote or offers through the app. Also had the manager Claudia lie to my face about her name while she had her name tag on. I think he said her name was Michelle. Very professional lol.

I don’t understand why it is so hard to be a decent human being, instead u don’t say goodmorning or have a good day. It’s better to just talk and chit chat with your coworker about something you did last night. I don’t care about your night I just want my food, so do your job that I’m sure you get paid for and being a courteous human being.

I pass here once or twice a week for a while now around 630am on my way to work. There’s a girl that takes orders, I haven’t been able to see her name tag but she is very young, thin, long braided hair. Somehow she always manages to either get my order wrong or miss something. At first I thought it was because sometimes she is alone and has to take orders, payment and hand out also. But she still messes up when there’s help. I don’t understand how it is that she had me wait in line in the drive thru saying she’ll be with me soon, then a second car appears on the next line and she takes him right away. I can tell she is trying but at the same time either give her more help or orientation.

I had a very poor experience at this location. The service was really bad — long wait times and staff didn’t seem attentive. I understand places get busy, but this felt unprofessional. I hope management works on improving customer service.

I ordered a Happy Meal and was waiting and waiting for it and I looked at the board and noticed my order number was not up there. I’m very patient and was looking in the kitchen and noticed it just sitting back there. They forgot about it. Also I used my points to get a free Happy Meal and when I got home they readded my points to my account and charged my card on file. Very dissapointed.

Ordered. Got home realized a whole meal was missing. I went back to get it. Went home and the items that they did include the first time had mayo (reciept said no mayo) and they gave me ranch for chicken nuggets (reciept said BBQ) … wasn’t gonna drive back. Just wont be going back.

Horrible experience with the manager I had an issue to put in the spot number. When I went to pick up my order it said I needed to go inside and show an associate the order number which I did. The poor employee had no idea what to do so she went to go ask the manager on duty and the manager looks at her And tells her I don’t know she needs to figure that out talking about me know that is not my job that is their responsibility. I paid for the food. They need to figure out what’s going on so when the employee came back to me, she said, my manager said you need to figure that out I said what is she in a bad mood or what and she said yes that is not my problem. That is a horrible experience. I had that manager needs to be talked to. She does not need to talk that way very rude.

I usually go to this restaurant for lunch and this is the second time my order has been messed up. I understand fast food and customer service in general can be hectic but cmon you have order screens and receipts to reference when making the food and still mess up ? I asked for extra onions and no pickles and got the opposite. The time before i ordered the same and they gave me a whole different order and spoke to me like i was in the wrong telling me i was charged for the order they gave me even after showing them my order. Workers gotta focus up. This not right i suggest double checking your order before leaving

I’ve only been to this particular McDonald’s 4 times as of this review. I give it an overall 5⭐ because they’re staff is consistently kind and patient. It’s fast food, so you really don’t expect a whole lot so when you see workers with a big smile and eager to help, the food seems to be more appetizing. I went in and I understand that for business reasons, the owner or a manager of this particular location has instituted an order at the kiosk type of atmosphere with a sign advising you to order at the kiosk that’s not always very easy for me and so I tried but I couldn’t get the order to go through the workers saw me struggling and she very patiently said don’t worry about it I’ll take care of you and she did with a big smile and no hint of impatients. That’s what’s up! I wish I could remember what her name was. But if you happen to go in there and a Hispanic woman between the height of maybe 5’2″ & 5’4″ around the age of maybe mid to late forties or early fifties helps you with a big smile that’s my girl! Simply outstanding.
