I would rate no stars, however, sadly that’s not an option. They NEVER answer their phone. I called over two dozen times in a 15 minute time frame. They shouldn’t even have a phone since they never answer. And as a potential customer, why would I leave a message for a call back. I simply wanted to know if they were open today on Thanksgiving Day and if so, what time do they close as I don’t trust what online information says; so I call the place of business to verify. I was a potential customer, now they lost that chance, I moved on to another McDonald’s.

My 21 year old son works very hard. Sometimes he works 24 hours without pause. Hewent to work 30 minutes early to get some food before he has to clock in. He decided to get McDonald’s because it’s faster and the only place open. We sat there and waited 25 minutes and we drove around 3 times and knocked on the door for someone to help us. Last time we went to the drive thru someone finally answered and said they are not open because they open at 5…It was 5:25am. Now he will go without food for almost 24 hours. The icon is gone!

Stopped on way to Sacto AP at 7:30am. It looked like a war zone. Tables bolted to floor. No chairs. Bathrooms locked up behind steel rollup doors. All employees wearing masks. Not a comfortable feeling. The food WAS good. Will avoid in the future.

I have basically stopped going to this McDonald’s for milkshakes, because every time I get a chocolate milkshake here it looks like the bottom half is vanilla and top half is chocolate and they don’t like remaking it, of course, they get super irritated with you for that, so I’ve just quit Going here. I thought I would go again last week, give em another chae. Same thing happened , got a chocolate milkshake , it was only about half chocolate

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to! I was a paying customer and the restaurant was open. The sign said restrooms for paying customers only. Asked to use the restrooms and she told me that they are closed until 10:30 AM even though the restaurant is open. Horrible service! Get your act together at McDonald’s

Every time I visit this McDonald’s, the experience is brought down by one person the manager, I believe named Stephanie? And wears glasses. She consistently has a rude, unwelcoming attitude toward customers and acts like she’s being bothered just by doing her job. I’ve seen her roll her eyes at people, speak with a sharp tone, and show zero interest in helping anyone. It’s honestly uncomfortable walking in because you never know what kind of mood she’ll be in.
A manager is supposed to set the example for the rest of the team, but instead, she makes the whole place feel negative. If she’s unhappy with her job, that’s not the customers’ fault we’re just here to eat and have a decent experience. I hope upper management pays attention and addresses her behavior, because it reflects badly on the entire store.

IF I could put 0 stars I would but to even share my experience I have to put something , This is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too as a pregnant woman I would never send someone to this location, I feel played and disrespected, I had ordered 4 dubble cheese burgers and large fries I had to go back to the window 2-3 times and my second time a chunky Hispanic lady said “ oh well they just made them” the cheese wasn’t melted patties burnt and I’ve even asked the other employee at the second window next to the chunky Hispanic lady “would you eat somthing like this” she said “no I wouldn’t” this is after the second time, all I wanted to do was have a fresh cheeseburger and fresh french fries my fries were dark golden the food didn’t even taste right when I taking a bite my boyfriend and I wanted to also help a homeless person and felt even too bad to give him the food due to how nasty it looked and tasted from just our first bite, this is very disappointing as and customer I’ve never felt so disrespected or played, I’ve just had a long day at a few appointments and wanted a cheeseburger I would like to speak to the manager, I’ve called left a message, here are a few photos
