I gave it 5 stars due to my one experience. I havent eaten McDs in a long time. I got their mcgriddle bacon egg and cheese and it was delicious. I don’t eat much fast food but for a quick breakfast especially on the go this hit the spot. We went through the drive thru and it went smooth from beginning to end.

Mcdonald’s is always gonna taste like mcdonald’s. But the amount of times I’ve made a custom order, and they have completely different even though I paid extra is far from barbaric to me. Now I understand why this one has such a low rating. Please fix this as soon as possible management, because if not your ratings, are only just gonna going to keep going down. Best of luck

UPDATE! I went back the following day and had almost the same thing happen. But this time, I addressed it with the manager on duty or supervisor on duty. Patricia was extremely friendly understanding and compassionate. Reassuring to me that she will be addressing this situation with her crew and hopefully we’ll be able to see the product discussion play out.

UPDATE 02/03/2026 : I FINALLY TOOK THE RISK OF MAKING A CUSTOM ORDER AGAIN AND IT CAME OUT EXACTLY THE WAY I ORDERED IT. I TRULY APPRECIATE YOU GUYS FOR PAYING ATTENTION TO DETAIL NOW. IT WAS TRULY UNFAIR, PAYING EXTRA AND NOT GETTING WHAT WE ORDERED OR SOMETHING ALTERED! BUT NOT THIS TIME, KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK . THANKS ONCE MORE I’LL DEFINITELY BECOMING MORE OFTEN AGAIN

Good customer service. But they forgot Some of my items like chicken salad. I think we got there on there busy hours. No big deal because we dine in and we saw what was missing . But make sure you check your food in case you are using a drive. It might happen to you or not.. Place is clean inside out

I ordered a Pokémon Happy Meal. Very rude and careless employees work here. I ordered Table Service but they never brought my order to my table. When I went to the front to explain the situation to the cashier, she shrugged her shoulder and could not care less. I asked to speak to the manager, and she did not apologize either.

They also messed up my order by forgetting about my extra order of fries. One of my nuggets was visibly older and colder than the others.

The tables at the restaurant were all very dirty when we got there, and they only started cleaning it after we sat down.

Update: I don’t think the workers can read. Every time I order a big mac with no lettuce they put lettuce on it. 100% consistently wrong. It’s amazing that they are capable of getting it wrong every time. Bought 40 chicken nuggets. They only gave us 4 dipping sauces. Went in, manager argued. Said that 4 sauces was the correct number. Even the receipt show we should have got 6 sauces. Had to threaten to call corporate before she would give us the correct sauces. I feel like it shouldn’t have been this difficult.

I truly want to give more stars but the customer service fluctuates from good to poor and yesterday 8.23 around 205pm , i received poor experience. I had a mobile order with 2 Large smoothies and a double cheeseburger and fries. I received my food first thing and told to go to second window it’d be out soon . Im waiting and waiting at window two for over 5 minutes , no one came to give me a update on how much longer or what was happening , kind you they helped over 6 cars that were behind me and they all got their food and drinks no problem . So I go inside and when I try to explain that ive been waiting , was my order forgotten about , the lead / supervisor answers with attitude saying they had to change out the machine and there’s only ONE person so thats why im waiting. Your staffing issues are not the customers problem and if you can give food out in a reasonable time than great , if not than communicate the ETA to the guest so they know what’s going on , dont be dissmissive

They don’t have free drink refills, and they don’t tell you that before you order.

They have two soda machines, but both say “unavailable”. The person at the counter was nice, but said it’s against policy at this location to refill.

Touchscreens don’t work well, and are very slow, making ordering frustrating.

I dont think McDonald’s train their employees on how to be nice to customers. Customer service is very important here. I had a girl who treated me very badly. I told the manager they needed to be nicer, and she told me no one had complained, that I was the only one. She was very rude. I can’t believe the managers don’t see this either

The food is great . but there’s this guy with fake color eyes contacts. everytime I want to use the restroom he tells me that there broken or some sort. He needs to stop judging a book by its cover, he probably thinks I’m homeless because I go in dirty. Yes I am dirty. It’s because I’m a hard-working guy he plays it after that he never sees me but that’s OK I’ll go somewhere else to go eat
